Heater pump died 2 months out of warranty and they don't sell replacements. Don't buy. Wrote in to support and they recommended buying a brand new hot tub and pump combo with no other options.

Have to say amazing quality, and exceptional customer support.
When I ordered was delivered quickly. I was even happier after opening my order and finding the quality 10 x better than that of other manufacturers that I have had in the past and for similar prices.
Over the last month I have noticed using the energy saving bundle that I have actually saved, heat retention is a lot better which saves in the long run.
100% happy with my purchase and have ordered from wave since ( chemicals )
If chemicals are as good as I hope then I will probably change my supplier to wave.

We had a problem with the cable, a year after the purchase of our foam hottub. Wave Spa sorted this out without any hassle by collecting the faulty unit and replacing it with a new unit, all free of charge. Great hottub and great after service and customer care. Highly recommend!

On our second hot tub from Wave and loving the new Atlantic with integrated heater and padded seats.
It heats up much quicker than the egg version and the jets seem more powerful.
Padded seats are very slight, but very effective.
Only down side is communication a little slow, but normally within 24hrs.

I'm really happy with my Wave hot tub, despite some early leaks and two years in I'm wondering how much longer it will last (the latest set up saw water gushing out of one of the manifolds, but I think I've fixed it!!), but I can't fault the customer service.
The spa cover issued with the California spa is held in place by a series of clips, attached to the cover with webbing. Unfortunately they have all snapped in the last year, despite the cover only being 2 years old. I emailed Wave about it this week and Paddy at Wave was super helpful is resolving the issue: he, understandably, requested I send some photos - which I did - but he then offered to send a replacement cover free of charge as a goodwill gesture, without any discussion or argument. I was really happy and it was a better resolution than I expected!
All companies experience issues and all product lines have defective output from time to time. In this instance though, I cannot fault their handling of the situation. Perfect customer experience. Thank you Paddy!

On time delivery, easy to set up and retains the heat so much better than our old 'blow up' hot tub.
The seat pads in the base are a great addition too, makes it more comfortable.
We use it to relax after I play football on Monday evenings and after badminton on Fridays. Also love just lying in there watching the stars come out.

"Still haven't received all the boxes…"
Still haven't received all the boxes for the wavespa. I was told on Friday that I would receive it next day but still nothing 3 days later!! Virtually impossible to get anyone to answer the phone and they don't respond to emails. I've had to cancel the decking company 3 times due to the wave spa delivery being incomplete which has cost me money. Very frustrating.
