We love our Spa! We are use it every evening. We had one small issue and they took care of us. Paddy called and took care of us. Very happy with the customer service. Would definitely recommend them

Bought the Wave Pacific 4 Person Square Inflatable Hot Tub, a few months ago and just got round to writing a review now after testing it fully.
Absolutely love it!!!! Worth every penny. Wave cust service was really good and super fast delivery. Thank god there is a company out there that actually does what they say they are gonna do.
This hot tub has took some battering and it's withstood it all. No signs of wear n tear and I look forward to getting in from a hard day's work and jumping in the tub with the Mrs.
Also thinking of buying one of Waves Sup boards I'm so impressed with this tub.

We bought spa a few weeks ago and it's been our best buy of the summer, our kids have never been out of it, we are thinking about getting another one just for the adults. I was recently told about inflatable hot tubs to try and help my arthritis as I need something to help my relieve my joints and pain I’m in. I came across wave spas and for the price, my hot tub is amazing. Even for me, it’s easy to put up and maintain. As I have no hot tub experience, I have emailed customer Services on a couple of occasions with questions and they have got back to me straight away with the answers. I really appreciate all the help.
