Steer clear!!!
Looks like the answer - but!!
My partner ordered the Wave Spa as an entry into hot tub ownership. If Eave read this ordered by Jeannine Lewis not me.
The heater failed after 2 uses. We had to empty the spa, to test following the instructions and of course having to refill again as the heater unit is built in. Shocking design to deal with issues. Finally they agreed to replace the heater with a refurbished one - refilled again (3000 litres of water now) and the same problem with the refurbed heater. (HL fault). We also had a an additional problem that the thermostat doesn’t work and despite setting at 37 degrees just kept rising to 42 degrees.
So 3 uses in total, 30 mins in the spa and useless, simply not fit for purpose. Out old heater will no doubt end up with someone else and we will get another crap one, if they decide to respond at all. We will be requesting a refund on the basis it’s not fit for purpose and compensation for the 3000 litres of water.
*update 3/12/24
Wave have offered to refund us the full amount as the product is not right clearly. They only want the heater unit back not the rest of the spa so we now have to get rid of that ourselves too.

Poor quality and poor customer service
I paid £1300 for a foam spa that lasted only 10 months and when I tried to solve the problems with customer service I got sent on a wild goose chase so gave up in the end and binned it

"Absolutely disgusting customer service"
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Hot tub heater broke within 5 weeks of purchase. Tried calling to speak to someone mo one gets back to you. 20 emails eventually they agreed to send another heater. I asked for refund- refused. Heater fitted and worked for 2 days. ! This company is an absolute joke. They have been on watchdog for same problems and they managed to reply to watchdog so why can’t they reply to customers!
Will be contacting watchdog and Martin Lewis today and going to small claims court. Also any opportunity we get I will be leaving this review to warn customers.

"Issue resolved"
I have to say how frustrated I was trying to get my issue fixed for 5 months. Until Tom received my email and looked into my issue and resolved in no time. I am so thankful for Tom I can’t express how happy I am and the weight that was lifted off my shoulders when Tom final resolved my issue, he is amazing. Thank you again for your time and help. You definitely need recognition for all that you do.

Extreamly poor took weeks to deliver faulty items and heater broke on 3 rd use sent a refurb broken one in place and weeks now not received refund or full replacement DO NOT USE. THESE

"WHAT A WAIST OF MONEY "
we ordered a wave spa and was happy a whole month then the problems started. The water temperature did not go up past 28. We contacted Wave so many times till we put a bad review on here, they then send us a second hand pump and it was leaking from day one so we still cannot use our wave spa. We have emailed over 200 times tried to ring them and left many bad reviews. If i can give anyone advice DO NOT BUY A WAVE SPA THEY ARE RUBBISH !!!! and the customer care does not get back to you. They are thieves

"tFrom Day 1 a complete failure"
From Day 1 a complete failure, ordered with next day delivery and did not turn up, tried to contact Wave spa but no reply, When it did turn up we didn’t even take it off the van just sent it back and contacted Wave spa for a refund however not reply, After numerous attempts to contact eventually got a response asking if i had returned it and would i like a discount and have it redelivered I replied and asked for a complete refund, I got an acknowledgment saying it was being processed and would be back in the account in 5 days, however after a number of weeks still no money so contacted again and was assured it would be done.Still no refund after refusing delivery on 16/08/2024 we still have not had a refund so as of today can only assume you are deliberately trying to defraud us and have passed all correspondence to the credit card company
