"DON’T BUY! Wish I read these reviews"
Wish I read these reviews. Don’t ever buy from sharp! I thought they were a safe well known company but not anymore. I bought a dishwasher from them through Currys. It doesn’t work from day 1. Currys won’t do anything until they get an uplift number from sharp. I’ve been trying for weeks, no one replies to emails or picks up the phone. I don’t understand how they’re still legally running.

Been waiting since February for them to fix my washing machine guy come out span the drum said yes bearings gone ill have to order them . Still waiting they made a appointment to come out again then messaged day before and said hadn't got bearing in stocks. Still awaiting new appointment. Engineer said keep using it but stop if clothes start coming out with black on. You can hear the machine in the street on take off

The sharp washing machine I purchased stopped working after 3 weeks, I wanted to return the washing machine because the engineer they sent said it’s a common fault and to return it because I’d have consistent problems with this model, i spoke to a customer advisor called claire this morning as I have been chasing them for an uplift number sharp told me I needed to get the machine taking away, I phoned 0333 577 7230 on Tuesday 22/5/24 at 9.26 am and spoke to claire who was beyond rude, she told me that I couldn’t get an uplift number and I couldn’t speak to the manager, she also hung up the phone on me, I was so upset! Claire refused to help me and was so unnecessary horrible to me, I will have to contact the consumer council to have this issue investigated

Sehr Unprofessionell und Unseriös. Kundendienst ist sehr unhöflich. Warte seit knapp drei Wochen auf eine Antwort, Waschmaschine neugekauft und Kaputt. Keinen interessiert es da natürlich tausende Kunden nur Probleme haben wie es aussieht. Kein Wunder sind ja 99% der Bewertungen mit einem Stern, sagt ja alles schon.

Heatpump tumble dryer is very noisy .. spoke to customer service after two days of purchase and they said it’s normal and they can’t replace it or do anything.. will never buy anything from sharp again

"I WILL NEVER BUY FROM SHARP AGAIN"
We have a tumble dryer which is still in warranty but has stopped working. Sent an email to the warranty mailbox and promptly got a call from a company called Pacifica who Sharp clearly pay to deal with repairs. Two months later, we’ve had four appointments with Pacifica where no one turned up, and Sharp are ignoring my emails.
I will NEVER buy a Sharp product again.

En plus elle était très longue pour s'allumer et on ne pouvait paramétrer le sous titrage dont j'ai besoin.
Le sav leclerc va me la rembourser puisque garantie
Mais jamais oh plus jamais je ne reprendrai cette marque !

"Disgraceful time wasters. "
We have an extended warranty with a washer dryer and this is the 3rd time we have had to get it fixed for a recurring problem. Each time an engineer comes out he doesn't bring the required part... which is ridiculous considering it is the same problem each time so they should know the part they require. We have been waiting 4 weeks so far since our initial call to have the machine fixed. They are not forthcoming with calling regarding updates, I have spent a huge amount of my time calling and being on hold for updates. When an engineer came out )2 weeks after our initial call) it was scheduled 9am-11am. He didn't arrive until around 4.30pm and only with an excuse of "sorry my phone didn't charge". We waited a further 2 weeks for him to 'schedule a return' with the correct part. I rang Sharp every day and they said they didnt have an update until yesterday. We now finally have a scheduled return date of 30th April which will be over 5 and a half weeks since our initial call. I will not hold my breath. In the meantime I have been unable to use my machine and have been making a 40minute round trip to my sisters for her to do my washing. I currently have several piles of dirty washing all over my house. Sharp seem to think a washing machine is a luxury and not a necessity!! Absolutely disgraceful and the next time it breaks we will not be purchasing another Sharp!!!!!
