I bought a dishwasher made by Sharp. After 3 months is broke down. After 4 repair attempts it is still faulty. Sharp wont let me speak to anyone except the call centre staff, who are adamant that the "repair staff" will have to have another go....

On telephoning the UK and explaining the problem I was offered an immediate replacement as it was within its thirty day replacement guarantee. The original was collected and its replacement was delivered in four working days. Their Representative Amanda was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent service and attention.
