"Worst experience of my life"
Worst experience of my life. I bought Sharp washer dryer and after one month it stops drying clothes when called Sharp they refuse to recognize that they sold the machine after log explanation and email the receipt they sent technician and technician told that he needs to order a chip. I wait for two months and Sharp answered that they don't know when the part will arrive and when we can fix the machine. When I said I would like to speak to your manager the answer I got that manager is busy. I left my number and request for a callback but it never happened very unhelpful and rude staff. So my only hope was the manager. After so many calls finally, I reached to the manager but when I spoke with her I won't believe that she's a manager she was more way ruder than her staff. When I explained to her how unhappy I am with the experience the answer she gave to me that if I am not happy with their service and wait (Even after 2 months of a wait) then I go back and speak to the dealer but dealer already told me that I need to speak to Sharp because machine is less than 2 years old. I think the company seriously think about their staff training about customer service but definitely first need to teach their manager how to talk to the customer. Customer service nowhere near even the basic standard.

Bought SHARP SJ-BA10IMXW1-EN STD Fridge Fre this from AO and after a week a gurgling noise started each time when door get shut. Called Sharp Customer services and we have been told it's a standard noise depending on the outside temperature. Even the product was under warranty but in order to get it checked the engineer we have to pay £90 for call out charges
At the end we have had no choice and this fridge freezer exchanged with AO but they deduct £44, 15% of the price.
When new fridge freezer was delivered the waste trap was full of water which I believe was the issue. I have never come across where a frost free fridge freezer needs emptying water.
Will avoid sharp products in the future absolutely rubbish product, customer service is even worse.

"Sharp's ignorant Customer Repair Centre"
Bought a Sharp ES-GFD9144W3-EN 15 Months ago. Came home opened the door and water gushed out. Annoyed that the M/c allowed that.to happen, M/c won't drain, wont rinse. can't do anything. Restarted program and 20 mins later indicated pump fault. Checked filter, all clear and pump impeller is free. The M/c was registered within 30 days as Sharp requests. The website promises next day service if registered. But their service Co says they can't access Sharps data, and insist I send them the invoice! I don't have one. So I sent them screen shots of the registration. They refused to accept them. Sent them the delivery note which is clearly dated. They refused that. I asked them why they wanted to see the invoice, they refused to say. but added they will not process the matter until I sent them the invoice. To add insult to injury, they have now 'blocked' my Email address, so I cannot proceed further.
Sharp does NOT have any form of Help desk or contact details. Got a problem with Sharp - Tough!!! Will never buy Sharp again. All my contacts/family/friends are now aware of the abysmal service.

CS helpful n good.. but why bother??? engineer came out but 3 weeks waiting for washing machine repair no parts....
5 years gnt means FA with all this hassle.
2 call out out - expecting a 3rd - ( must cost sharp 50 quid a time)
surely better to just bring a new machine in the van if you aint got the parts.

"Washing machine - shattered glass and flooded kitchen in three months"
Washing machine bought and delivered in January. Not as quiet as should be but fair enough. Less than four months from delivery date put a boil wash on over night, come down in the morning to exploded door, hot water everywhere and towels thrown two foot clear of the machine. This was more than two weeks ago- their “next day” call out service might or might not be here on Thursday. Meanwhile it’s been a nightmare washing at several houses and laundrettes with two young kids, working full time and battling health issues. Thanks Sharp- never again

I have been in contact with sharp customer service regarding a fault with my TV. It kept switching off and rebooting and couldn't use the smart TV function without it freezing did the up grade but didn't work, they picked up the TV to repair and couldn't find anything wrong and said they replaced the mother bord as a precaution said it would take 3-4days. 2weeks later Got the TV back only to find it in a worse state and now completely broke. The TV hadn't been put back together properly big gaps wires hanging out inside Led seems to be broke. After emails they are claiming it happened in transit. I keep having to chase them about everything other wise I get no where still having problems as I write this.. Avoid Sharp at all costs their customer service is shocking and they just dodge and ignore your questions.

"TV sold out with known fault"
TV sold out with known fault, spent 3 hours fixing to wall, then they want taken down and sent back to be repaired, then i need to refix to wall, disgusting behaviour, guy on support really couldn't give a monkey to be honest

Ho acquistato un frigorifero sharp 4 porte: 2 sopra frigorifero e due sotto congelatore. Moderno.... consevazione degli alimenti fino a 15 giorni, antimuffa, antiodore, insomma tutto perfetto...Dopo neanche una settimana dalla consegna mi accorgo che gli alimenti non si conservano neanche per due giorni, gli odori sono sgradevoli immediatamente e mi tocca pulire e disinfettare il frigorifero regolarmente ogni settimana, il congelatore non è al massimo della sua efficienza....Ho fatto presente con raccomandate e reclami per un anno ed oltre ma per tutta risposta mi è stato negato il diritto di cambiare il prodotto come da garanzia. SHARP NON E' UNA DITTA SERIA.

Bought a Sharp ES-HDB9647W0 9Kg / 6Kg Washer Dryer on AO.com on 04-Jan-2019 and faulty on 23-Feb-2019. Took 3 visits from the engineer and still couldn't fix it. Although full refund processed on 22-March-2019, I've wasted time and money and getting the rude and unhelpful support & customer service from this company. They use contractors for servicing but the engineer won't tell us the status and the support won't tell us the status either. It's a shame as the product seems to be ok when it's working but I'd never buy another Sharp appliance as I don't want to ever call their support again.

"If I could give Sharp zero stars..."
If I could give Sharp zero stars for their customer service I would as they clearly do not know what customer service is. My hob broke nearly 7 weeks ago after only owning it for 18 months, still being covered by the warranty. After the electrician finally got back to me (after having to call sharp twice) he said that parts would need to be replaced.
I waited the 4 weeks, which I was told I would need to do without the arrival of parts, before they said they would escalate and consider a replacement. Since then I have been fobbed off, promised calls from management that have never happened and now they say they will look into it and will try and sort the problem in due course.
This service is disgusting. Sharp should be ashamed of the way they treat customers. I would never ever buy Sharp again and would advise others not to based upon the way they handle repairs/replacements.
