I actually only hit one star because it would t let me write a review until I hit one.
I have never been so disappointed in a company in all my life. Last Saturday night my fridge/freezer started beeping so I turned it off and on several times till the beeping stopped. Monday I took a bottle of water out which was warm so rang sharp for them only to send out a total plunk. He said I need a new compressor. A week later I still have no fridge. I’m looking after my mum of 74 years of age. I don’t know when this will be resolved. So I have to say STAY AWAY FROM SHARO PRODUCTS and sharp if your reading. Give me an uplift number so I can get a new one. In the middle of a pandemic and I have already lost the fridge stuff like yoghurts, cream, cheese, ham, bacon. Not to mention what I lost in the freezer. Not acceptable

"Sharp and Smart should not be in the same sentence"
I really wanted to give Sharp a go for my children's playroom. Having been a Samsung fanatic and thinking Sony was ok I figured Sharp would be on a par. Far from it. I put their 32" "smart" TV in the same bucket as my HD ready TV I bought 15 years ago. It should not be allowed to be called Smart.
You cannot screen mirror to it, the apps are really limited, no Disney+ no browser even. I thought I was getting a bargain instead I'll need to shell out on a firestick. Next time I'll pay the £50 extra and go to trusted brands with innovation.

Ho comprato una lavasciuga Sharp, pagata come oro 3 mesi di vita,contattato assistenza Sharp mi mandano un tecnico solo per dirmi che la lavasciuga a varie cose da cambiare,schede e motore.i ricambi non arriveranno prima di 40 giorni ,vergognosi.sconsiglio vivamente qualsiasi prodotto Sharp,pessima esperienza,ma li aspetto seduto a braccia conserte.

Don’t buy this washing mashine
I had it less than 2 months and in the end after fighting to get it exchanged with AO I did however trying to contact sharp for help was a no go in the end ao arranged someone to come out and say it was faulty the electrical board was broken however there was a problem with pump and it smells funny
I did try to contact sharp directly to see if they could help and no if they were to just sort it for me to just have a new 1 then this might be ok and I’d be writing a review on how helpful they were but unfortunately this was not the case .
This unhelpful was not good with out a washing machine for almost 2 weeks
Not saying all products from sharp are bad this just might of been a 1 off however customer service is shocking

My grand daughter bought a tv from Sharp 4 months ago through my Argos account. It’s developed a number of issues very quickly (model number 40AJ2k). 1st of Argos refused point blank to take the item back for repair. I then had to contact UMC UK myself only for them to tell me they won’t do anything over the phone and I needed someone to email them all the details. Repair was finally booked when I had to get a family member to sort out emails to and from and I was told tv would be collected 2 days later between 9-5, I arranged for someone to be at home the full day and collection company did not arrive, at 19.30 that evening a guy wrapped the day to pick up a parcel without packaging that UMC said they would send so tv couldn’t be removed even then. After contacting Aimee once again at UMC I was ignored, still no reply to my emails to this day. Eventually tv was collected the following day which was just luck that someone was at home. So a week later I’ve emailed UMC for an update on the status and guess what? They can’t find any fault despite the tv making knocked noises and switching itself on and off randomly. The faulty tv is now being returned back to me (god knows when as there delivery company leave so much to be desired). I’ll be setting a webcam to capture the issues this week and fighting tooth and nail until this TV set it either repaired or replaced. Should you be thinking for buying a tv from this manufacturer I would seriously reconsider and pay just a fraction more of a brand that will look after its customers and stand by it products. This has been my worse buy and experience in years of buying TVs almost every year. I feel extremely let down and liable to my grand daughter for showing her what I thought was a good deal at the time of her 4k bedroom tv.

"i am terribly dissatisfied"
i am terribly dissatisfied with my Sharp SJ BM500F Fridge Freezer which I purchased on 26th February 2018.
Although the unit is covered with a 5 year warrantee, the thermostat failed over Xmas 2019 on 24th December,, it took one month for Sharp to finally replace the part, so at 78 years of age I found myself going out to buy microwave meals each day for one month.
When the Sharp engineer finally fitted the replacement thermostat, I asked him how long would the replacement part last he stated 2 years which is ridiculous...
I am likely to have to go through this again... it’s a worry.
I am a very upset customer.

"Awful Experience."
Sharp TV I bought is not working properly. Its even been back for so called repairs. The one star I have given is a minus. Customer services just want rid of you. I will never buy another sharp TV. THEY ARE AWFUL........... NEVER EVER AGAIN.

"Have bought Sharp microwave"
Credit where it's due.Have bought Sharp TVs, radios, microwaves etc since we married many years ago. Served us well so bought Sharp replacements whenever they needed replacing. Two years ago had to buy a new microwave after our old one gave up after 12 years - so went for another Sharp. After only 2 years it stopped working. Contacted Sharp Customer Service. All I can say is they could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond.what I expected. Will stick with Sharp products. Wish Dyson had been as helpful when our vacuum packed up - never again Dyson. 5 STARS FOR SHARP AND THANK YOU FOR GREAT SERVICE..

I would never again buy a sharp TV in my life again waiting 2 weeks for someone to come and tell me its not working which is blinking ovboius, and now waiting again for part to be ordered then waiting for company to ring to confirm they have ordered the part and after waiting for another phone call to say part has been dispatched when can we come very stressful don't buy over 50 inch if you have a life or a job as u will be taking days off for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pity I had to give this company 1 star not even worth that. Bought a Sharp microwave in July 2019 and after 5 months use the inside of the door was corroded. Tried contacting them with numerous emails which I eventually received a reply from them.They actually implied that this was all my fault as I was not keeping it clean, as my wife always cleans it after every use. I even sent them pictures as they requested but hey it's still all my fault. As for customer service well they dont have any. Sharp by name but not by response to customers. My advice is dont buy anything from them, their products are very shoddy and definitely not worth what you pay for them. Having read other reviews I am very surprised they are still trading and with only 1.5 of a rating doesnt that tell you something.
