My television was six months old in warranty and was told by Paul in customer services they do not repair or replace t v s over 40 inches as they would get damaged more in transit so what do we do.The customer service is terrible I even went to citizens advice they put me on to consumer Scotland and I was taking it further.I am a 63 old disabled pensioner and I spent two days on phone and no Resolution from them.

This TV was the worst purchase ever, it has always been really slow and buffers constantly, you can't download new apps that aren't preloaded and when it was just over a year old I kept getting messages it did not recognise the internet password even though there is nothing wrong with the password which worked fine on a box connected to the TV.
Due to being well within the warranty period when the internet issues started, I contacted customer service, emails were sent back and forth for months (a delay on my part due to health issues) but I was given instructions for a hard reset of the TV which worked again for a few weeks and it started losing the connection again! The only way to get it back is to turn it off at the socket for minutes or hard reset (the socket is behind heavy furniture so not feasible and I should not have to do either of these!!!)
This time I was told they would provide me with updated software but it turns out that even though I can provide all the TV details as seen onscreen including the CURRENT SOFTWARE version etc, I actually can't get the updated software because I need the serial number of the TV which is currently located behind were the wall mount connects to the TV so it can't be seen once mounted!! This is such a bad design fault!!! So now I am left with a useless TV that loses the connection every few weeks due to being disabled I can't get it back down from the wall mount to gain access to the serial number, which seems mute given I have proof of purchase and the current software information.
Paying someone just to remove the TV to find the serial number would be almost as much as a new TV.

Unsere Firma war jahre lang zufriedener Kunder bei Konica Minolta. Dann wurden wir überedet, zu Sharp zu wechseln. Fazit: Eine einzige Katastrophe! Von der Einrichtung durch unsere IT, bis hin zur Bedienung ist alles 10x schlechter wie bei Konica Minolta! Leider haben wir uns übereden lassen.... einmal und nie wieder!!! Schluss endlich mussten wir für eine optimale Nutzung des Geräts dann nochmal für über 400€ eine Lizenz dazu buchen.... Einfach nur ein unverschämter abzocker Laden!

I bought a sharp TV a while ago, to my regret, when I switch on it asks me if I want to shut off, then, when you want to shut off it takes sometimes five or six attempts to shut off. Then when I shut it off it comes back on again. I'd say don't buy a Sharp television.

Würde gerne Minus-Sterne vergeben! Sharp Fernseher, innerhalb 1 Jahr 2 x kaputt! Jeweils derselbe (zunächst reparierte) Fehler.
TV lief viell. 2 x pro Monat!
Otto ist nicht mehr zuständig, geht sie nichts mehr an.
Sharp Kundenservice per Mail eine VOLLE KATASTROPHE und PER TELEFON AUCH!
Man braucht keine Erklärung zu schreiben, denn darauf wird nicht geantwortet. Am Telefon überhebliche Mitarbeiter, also wirklich total frech! Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt! Kein Wille zur Klärung, keine Entschuldigung... abartig!
Bisher noch nichts geklärt.

"Warranty support is non-existent"
Warranty support is non-existent. Trying to have washing machine repaired. Emailed over 3 months ago but no response. Tried calling multiple times and get an answer message "Sorry your call cannot be taken" ! Very bad after sales customer service.

"DECEPCION CON FRIGORIFICO SHARP"
Compré un frigorífico combi y a los 7 días de uso ya dejó de congelar. He llamado al servicio técnico y nadie ha venido a ver que le pasa al aparato. Mucha comida tirada.
A ver si es verdad que las conversaciones quedan grabadas y empiezan a funcionar las empresas. Todavía estoy a la espera de que me lo vean. Un desastre de gente.

"SHARP poor after sales and warranty"
SHARP Tumble heatpump dryer was a good product until it broke just after 12 months.
Sharp customer service is horrible to get through to and tell you to call other numbers, equally stressful! Anyway, they use a company called Parcifica Group UK, to assign a local engineer. Parcifica are also difficult to get through too and after waiting 4 days for an engineer, I booked today off, Fri 13/9/24, as annual leave and the engineer assigned, a self-trader called COLEMAN, cancelled with no reason. Pacifica can’t get a reason either and I now have to book next Tuesday off work! Will they cancel again!?…
If you read the reviews this is classic of SHARP and Parcifica Group and as soon as my warranty is up I will wait for they dryer to break again and get another brand.
1 poor after sales service/warrenty, and
2. The dryer is just a little over a year old!
3. How many cancelled engineer visits and time without a tumble dryer without no care given does a customer put up with to realise the SHARP brand/service is no longer reliable?

"This is one star too many"
This is one star too many. I brought a Sharp condenser tumble dry via Curry’s. Since day one it was a pile crap a not fit for purpose just like their contacted lazy lying “repair team”. It’s still within warranty with isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. I’m paying for a competent contractor to repair it.. again.. I’d rather pay than have Sharps cowboys in my home. This is the 1st and LAST Sharp product I EVER bye.. I have never come across a product so bad from day one! This is reflected throughout the whole company including there so called customer service.. all rotten to the core. Sharp should do everyone a favour and wind up their company.. I couldn’t not recommend your products more!
