"Warning! Do NOT buy Sharp!!"
I bought a Sharp integrated fridge in September 2022. In August 2024 it started to freeze up, forming a thick wall of ice at the back of the fridge, and freezing the contents, which had to be thrown out. I phoned Sharp to inquire about a repair. They were very helpful, telling me that my fridge came with a 2 year warranty and that I was covered. An engineer from Pacifica came out and fitted a new thermostat. Unfortunately this did not solve the problem. A second engineer visit was arranged, and this time I was told that the fridge was not repairable. So far so good in terms of customer service, but it went downhill from here. Pacific emailed me with an "uplift code", with no guidance on what this meant, or what to do with it. Fast forward several emails, and many repeated attempts to get hold of Sharp customer service, without success (they literally don't answer the phone). Eventually spoke to someone at Pacifica, who told me I needed to give the uplift number to the retailer, who would replace the fridge or refund me. Needless to say, the retailer - Blue Moon Appliances - although friendly and polite, were adamant that it was not their responsibility, there was "nothing we can do", and that it was Sharp/Pacifica's responsibility. Back I went to Pacifica, and you can guess their response, they told me to go back to the retailer. I chose not to continue with this battle as I value my mental and physical health too much to deal with these companies who are only bothered about filling their own purses. So essentially I have a fridge that is now just over 2 years old, which thinks it's a freezer, and neither the manufacturer nor the retailer care in the slightest, because they've got their money... Avoid!!!

"Washing machine never heated the water from new"
Washing machine never heated the water on the eco wash when it was supposed to reach 40 or 60 degrees. The engineers claim no fault exists and I was refused a replacement or refund. Still trying to get it removed.

The glass round turntable plate kept slipping off the fixings very easily. This Microwave worked well for
about a year, then noticed paint peeling off the front lower edge. Then a couple of months later noticed that the paint on the floor of the microwave was bubbling up, and going to peel off !!
Wrote to Sharps, but of course it is out of Warranty...just ! Sharps should be ashamed to produce a LOW quality product like this .

Schon nach knapp 3 Jahren normalem Hausgebrauch kaputt. Die 5KV 800mA Sicherung hat sich aus unerklärlichen Gründen verabschiedet. Ich werde versuchen,diese zu ersetzen. Das war aber das letzte Produkt aus diesem Haus.

"Warning! They don’t honour their warranty. "
Bought a Sharp dishwasher with a 2 year warranty a year and a half ago. It’s now broken and I can’t get hold of anyone to claim on the warranty. I have emailed the address given and phoned the number on the warranty information. Sharp ignore the emails completely and the phone number just hangs up. Disgusting customer service.

Ho preso un tv top di gamma...di meglio non c'è che dopo 5 mesi si accende e si spegne in continuazione e quindi essendo in garanzia provi a cercare qualcuno che poi scopri non esiste e poi scopri che l'unico nella città che può aggiustarlo ti dice che tanto i pezzi non arriveranno mai...era un tv per la cucina che usavo per vedere il TG quindi esteticamente era perfetto 55fq5 per il resto ho sony e panasonic. Unico tv in vita mia e ne ho avuti tanti che dovrò buttare e prendere un samsung e grazie sharp.

"I detest this washing machine with a passion "
Two regular 40° washes take longer than a 7 and a half hour working day. The Fast 60° program can be changed to 40° but then it will only spin at 1200 rather than 1400 and has to be re spun. Sometimes washing doesn’t even feel wet all the way through and I’ve had lots of issues where it flatly refuses to spin correctly (it took 5 1/2 hours yesterday to eventually get one thin bath towel and a very small pad from the dog’s bed to spin)
Installed by AO engineers who gouged the wooden flooring in the kitchen. And after just one month it started squeaking (engineer due this Thursday)
All in all the worst washing machine I’ve ever had the misfortune to own

Ich habe wg einer Störung an einem letzte Wiche gekauften Wärmepumpentrockners den SharpKundendienst kontaktiert
Eine nur gebrochen Deutsch sprechende Dame war in 15 Minuten kaum in der Lage meine Daten aufzunehmen.
Für das Problem mit dem Trockner soll ich nun warten bis ein Techniker sich zum VorOrtTermin meldet
Ich hoffe nur das funktioniert

hi. please don't buy anything from sharp products.. because one's you have. you will cry hol life ..I brought clothes dryer 2020 December with 5 years warranty (electro depot Anderlecht, Brussels, Belgium) I called up to electro depot lot of time they said contact to are service contractor..I contact to service contractor office lots of time they have given whatup number as well...just resvied massage from them wait tactical people are busy ww will get back to you very soon last three weeks. same things..than I tried to contact sharp company in Belgium they said please fill contact form I did it .. after they said we can not do anything you have to contact electric depot Anderlecht..sharp service is big zero ...

I recently bought a new Sharp dishwasher. I have tried to register it online. The product number is not available so can't register it. The phone line does dot work and the call back / phone back service never replies
