We have to travel to Russian territory or Kazakhstan to receive our refund within a year. Or, prepare a long damn list of paper to have our friends in Russia to get it for us, the list is so complicated we don’t know where to start. Such a smart solution!

"Worst Airline I have ever dealt with"

I booked Flights in 2020, they cancelled both flights and refused to give me a refund at the time. I had to wait three years to claim my refund which is absurd in itself. I finally claim and I am told they cannot issue me with a refund and to go to Russia to collect it? I live in Ireland. So unhelpful. Should have just refunded us in the first place. What can you expect from this Russian airline is, absolute rubbish, terrible customer service and dodgy policies.

As i am a frequent flyer (i have flew Aeroflot before) I am disappointed in my latest flight with them
The aircraft was dirty and the seats where broken I understand that due to sanctions that the aircraft might be not be up-to date but this is insane the crew was nice and the meal was ok

Acquistato biglietto a febbraio 2020 Roma-Mosca, Mosca-Malé(800€) cancellato causa covid ,mi lasciarono un voucher da poter utilizzare entro 3 anni e successivamente chiedere un rimborso. Tramite telefonata in Russia mi hanno detto che agosto 2023 sarebbe stato l'ultimo mese di voucher, per poi poter compilare un modulo per la richiesta del suddetto rimborso. Il modulo non esiste ,non rispondo piú al telefono,e nessuna email .Vergognoso

"Peggior compagnia aerea"

Dal 2020 aspetto 800€ di rimborso:prima hanno emesso un voucher, ora che il voucher è scaduto ho richiesto il rimborso ma visto che lo swift è bloccato bisogna andare fisicamente in un ufficio fuori Europa. Ero allora in vacanza in Giappone, ho contattato l'ufficio di Tokyo, ma non sono riuscita ad avere i soldi prima di partire per via di mille loro lungaggini! È una vergogna: dopo 3 anni dal covid e dopo il problema dei pagamenti che esiste dal febbraio 2022, ancora Aeroflot non ha una soluzione per i suoi clienti?!!! Sono senza parole, che mandassero a casa i soldi piuttosto, ma è assurdo che per avere i proprio soldi uno debba spendere per andare a prenderseli, allora tanto vale lasciarglieli se devo andare dall'altra parte del mondo in un loro ufficio, forse questo è proprio il loro scopo!!! Mai mai più!!!!

They asked me to wait for 3 years (3 years!) to get a refund for the tickets that were canceled by Aeroflot due to Covid. And now they are asking me to go to Russia Aeroflot office to get my refund. Make it make sense! I need to go to a country I've never been to before, and spend as much money to get my refund! Yoh this is insane.

Volo Aeroflot risalente ad aprile 2020,cancellato causa covid. Aspetto 3 anni per il rimborso dell'e-voucher per poi sentir dire dal call center che occorre recarsi in un ufficio (in territorio russo perché gli altri sono chiusi) per ottenere il rimborso. Se non ho capito male anche il conto deve essere russo. Che delinquenti..

Absolute Abzocke. Seit 2020 warte ich auf eine Rückerstattung meiner stornierten Flüge. Jetzt soll ich mach Russland in einer der AEROFLOT Büros und brauche eine russische Bankkarte, um mein Geld zurück zu bekommen. Einfach unverschämt. Nie wieder mit dieser Fluggesellschaft!!!!!

Horrible service! Didn’t even get a refund for my ticket that I did not use during COVID which was not my fault. It’s been 3 years! They are still not able to refund me. Feels like a Scam!
Customer service is an absolute nightmare. My support requests keep getting closed with NO resolution whatsoever.
This is not how it is supposed to be!
