Bonne compagnie. J'ai effectué quelques longs courriers avec eux, avec escales, et jamais eu de problème ni retard.

Comme tous les autres, j'ai reçu un e-voucher qui datera bientôt de 2 ans. Aucun remboursement en vue. Ce n'est pas faute d'avoir contacté 3 fois la compagnie par mail et d'avoir même appelé en Russie via le numéro surtaxé. Aucune solution concrète ne m'a été proposée.

Les lignes "locales" ne répondent pas quand on les appelle. Aucune démarche n'est entreprise pour procéder au remboursement lorsqu'on la demande par mail.

Si je m'en tiens à ce qui m'a été promis, le e-voucher devait être automatiquement remboursé au bout de trois ans, mais j'ai désormais de gros doutes.

La compagnie me répondra, comme aux autres, d'envoyer un mail de demande ou de plainte, ce que j'ai déjà fait 3 fois. Ça n'a rien donné.

Je pense que seul un procès me permettra de récupérer mon argent. C'est indigne d'une compagnie nationale.
