"Bestolen"

Vlucht in 2020 geboekt naar een ver land dus voor een flink bedrag. Toen kwam de pandemie en kreeg ik een E-voucher ipv mijn geld terug. Geld terug krijgen was volgens hen geen optie binnen hun organisatie. Toen kwam de oorlog en toen vloog er geen 1 Russisch vliegtuig meer naar de Europese landen, dus kon ik zelf geen gebruik maken van hun E-voucher. Al jaren sturen ik hun mailtjes maar ze negeren het altijd. Ze hebben mij letterlijk van honderden euro’s bestolen.

Like many other reviewers I have been defrauded of my money. I purchased a gift certificate which I never used, and after the expiration date it was supposed to be refunded (as per their T&Cs). I contacted them and they responded that the refund was made, however, I never received my money back. After several follow ups and reminders, I am now told I must provide them with a Russian bank account to receive my refund. Absolutely atrocious.

Schaue mir die Bewertungen hier an und komme zum Schluss, daß Trustpilot genauso wie Tripadvisor nicht relevant sind. Jeder Pöbel kann hier schreiben was/sie/es* er ... will . Die Bewertungen hier wurden hauptsächlich von Trotteln geschrieben.

"Slechte ervaring"

In 2020 een vlucht geboekt om op reis te gaan met een vriendin, niet wetende dat corona zou opkomen. De vlucht werd geannuleerd door de luchtmaatschappij zelf. Wachten nog steeds op een terugbetaling en komen niet in contact, zijn nu inmiddels bijna 3 jaar verder en heb nog steeds niks gehoord.

we bought a ticket to Thailand and than- started the COVID .we got e voucher but Russia started the war in aukrain and nobody told us there are no flights.we asked for full refund and for six months had no response.we had to buy another ticket from a different company.we lost thousands dollars. our flight SU503.the trust pilot site is important.there is a little problem with filling the date of experience because we booked in 2019and in your schedule system it doesn't appear.

мы купили билет в Тайланд, и тут начался COVID. Мы получили электронный ваучер, но Россия начала войну в Украине, и никто не сказал нам, что рейсов нет. Мы попросили полный возврат средств, и в течение шести месяцев не было ответа. еще один билет от другой компании. Мы потеряли тысячи долларов. наш рейс SU503. сайт доверенного пилота важен. есть небольшая проблема с заполнением даты опыта, потому что мы забронировали номер в 2019 году, а в вашей системе расписания он не отображается.
мы отправили жалобу и получили письмо с номером жалобы: Тема: RE: Обращение #1-2665807101912[T202205110078S010Z2738591.но не более того.нам нужны наши деньги.

Has your flight been cancelled by Aeroflot themselves? Forget about your money back, you will never see them again. I am waiting 2.5 years on my refund and am traded off by some copy-paste emails back saying I will not receive it. Would not recommend this airline to anyone.
