Hi, To anyone who's is using this Airline from Economy to Business class do not risk your money because once they get your money you are not gonna get it back for any reason and the customer service is rude. Do not risk your money and time with this Airline.

Remboursement plus que partiel dde deux vols annulés. L'un a été remboursé. Mais pas l autre en correspondance à Moscou du premier annulé donc impossible à prendre.

"Aeroflot don’t care about their customers"
Aeroflot canceled my flight without giving me any notice. Not at all, although I booked 3-4 months before my flight.
I came to an airport in Gothenburg at the late evening ready to board and saw that all flight form Aeroflot were canceled. I came there by buss and no bussed or trains went back home to my city. I was very stressed and upset because I had train tickets booked in Moscow. And no one could help me at the airport with this issue.
So the only solution for me was to buy new airplane tickets from Stockholm and take a night bus (that was already full with no seats). So I chanced and there was one free sit that I also had to pay twice as much for. So I could at least take another flight from Stockholm.
I created a ticket and complained to Aeroflot for a refund. And I never got any help through their service center. Although I complained twice or thrice…
So I found a law firm that helps with cases like that and after two YEARS they could win this case and get almost all my money from Aeroflot. But this law firm charged me 50% from the winning amount. But without them I would have never got any money.
For sure this damn airlines are the worst I ever used. If you can avoid them, do so. I will never ever fly with them and give them my money.

"I flew with aoreflot, ended up locked in a hotel room with a stranger and no food"
When I flew with aoreflot, we missed our conection flight in moscow because of a 6 hour delay.
We chilled in the airport floor for about 8 hours before we got transfered to a hotel. At the hotel nobody spoke english but I understood that I would get food. I never got food and could not leave my room. Oh and did I mention I had to share my room with a stanger (I was a 19 year old girl at the time, and she was around 20 as well, so they thought hey this should be ok right?). When we tried to leave the room the guard spoke to us in russian. The morning after he came in without knocking, to wake us up, and said something in russian. I assumed he meant its time to go.
When I arrived to the gate the morning after. The flight was suppose to leave at 10am. It was 12 and when I asked the gate lady if the flight was delayed she simply said "no". It smelled of cigs on the plane and everyone got up, and soon as the wheels touched down. The flight wasnt even that cheap, so its no "you get what you paid for". I wish I knew better at the time to something more about this. All I can do is warn anyone who reads this. Dont do this, pay the extra 100usd and dont ruin ur beautiful vacation by ending it with a trauma.
PS. I had to eat at the airport after being starved by the russians, russian mcdonals is f***ing disgusting

Warte seit 2 Monaten auf eine Zahlung meines zerstörten Koffers. Scheinbar hat die Airline kein Geld mehr. Werde immer wieder mit Emails hin gehalten.
