Hi. I am writing this review in hopes of getting a response. I ordered at dog coat on 12/13. I haven’t received or had any tracking information to this day. I have repeatedly called, wrote emails to office@petyfy, and as to date 1/3/21 haven’t received any communication. I am more than frustrated. Order number is the only thing I received. Please help🙏🏻
Edited : I have emailed you numerous times with my order number and contact info included. Without listing my email and/or phone number here as part of a review for all to see, how am I to get that info to you. Please check your email for my emails. Or give me useable contact info so we can move this conversation to something more private.

"I purchased a jacket for my dog on…"
I purchased a jacket for my dog, on 12/16/2020 my credit card was charged. I received a text confirmation and tracking number. While their ad showed a delivery date of 12/26/2020. It is now 1/3/2021 and it appears my order is somewhere in China. I will be leaving town in a few days and will not be back until the end of March, so I really have now idea what to think about this company. I may revise my review if it comes before I leave town.

I ordered got charged never received email with receipt or tracking did get a text saying thanks for your purchase - ordered 12/13/20 - is now 01/02/21 and have not heard a thing from them except multiple buy now emails.

I wish I would have seen this sight and all the negative reviews before I placed my order.
I will be updating my experience on multiple social networks including here and BBB after I see how my experience goes. I will give progressive updates! I will start you at 2 stars and will decide if you move up from here as it pertains to my experience moving forward. I hope it will change to a 5 star and that most of these reviews are wrong and I can be a voice to change that opinion!
Update January: As of today I do not have a shipment coming to my home nor have I received anything as of yet. If I do happen to receive the item I will update again. Patiently Waiting!
Follow update for February 2021-
I placed my order in December. I have not received any item and no satisfaction for the undelivered item thus far. This is a horrible experience and a scam of a so called company. They took my money but NEVER sent my product. Very irritated!!

I ordered a dog jacket on 12/16/2020 my card was immediately charged but to date, it is now 12/31/2020 and no updated tracking or shipping info. DO NOT buy anything here.

"Horrible company to buy from"
Horrible company to buy from. I purchased 3 items 11/16/2020 never received the items. I emailed the company they did apologize and ask if I wanted a full refund or to have the items reshipped. Since they weren't going to arrive for christmas I asked for a full refund 12/17. Never received the refund, I emailed again on 12/24, they said it was being processed. 12/31 and still no refund. Very disappointed!

Bought a dog jacket in November- no jacket, no response to calls or emails- nothing. They took payment out of credit card within 12 hours, but no word, no jacket since. A total scam.

I ordered 2 dog coats and have not received any confirmation email or tracking numbers for my shipment, but my credit card was charged right away. I tried to call but you have to email and no response to 2 emails. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THIS IS JUST A SCAM TO RIP OFF MONEY!!!

"Not a good product!"
While it looks nice in the bag, it is not strong quality nor designed with strength to carry a 10 pound bag. It is visibly appealing, but was extremely challenging to get my dog in and when finally in, she looked extremely uncomfortable.
The sizing is not accurate and will not support your pet. Imagine a grocery bag made of fabric with heavy items in it. That’s what it looks like. Zero support.

"HORRIBLE!"
HORRIBLE!! Can never reach anyone through the 1-888 “customer service” number, all recordings directing you to the “office” email where they do not respond! NO PRODUCT EVER RECEIVED - it’s been about three weeks and NO tracking data since they do not provide any CARRIER data! So far, they OWE me $$$ or product, I just want a refund now!
