"S7 is heaven"
I literally unboxed a mattress yesterday. The mattress was of high quality. I've had more mattresses than the average person and this was a beautiful mattress. I purchased the S7 because I don't sleep well. This mattress is so amazing! It reminds me of the Tempur-Pedic adapt pro. I love how it cradles my shoulders and my back yet it has the support that I need. Great company. I hope they come up with great products

"Stuck with poor quality sheets - Lost our money"
We purchased BedGear products in the past but could no longer afford their expensive sheets. We decided to try the basic sheets, which we now know are almost as thin as paper and very uncomfortable. Night two required us to get up and change the bottom sheet because of the issue.
We emailed the “BedGear WOW Team” and got this response: "Thanks for reaching out to BEDGEAR! At the moment, our return policy for sheets allows only for the return of unopened sheet sets. Once a sheet set has been opened, it is considered final sale. Please feel free to review our return policies at the link here: (bedgear returns)"
NOTE: You cannot even open them to examine the quality.
They say thread count doesn’t matter; I beg to differ!
Think hard before buying these. We purchased quality sheets elsewhere for less!

"STAY AWAY"
BEDGEAR WOW, white glove service is the WORST. They list the delivery the day of, the delivery person does not have to have EXPERIENCE with adjustable beds, but do have to be able to read directions and deliver. They do NOT have to remove boxes, that is the responsibility of the homeowner. I have a very disturbing recorded phone call with bedgrear. A husband and wife team with absolutely NO IDEA of the type of bed he was delivering nor experience putting one together was and that was okay by BEDGEAR. again the way they were dressed spoke higher, this was a last minute pick up job for them 1003109836

I wish I read reviews before I purchased this product. I have the Bedgear I Protect mattress protector and it is a horrible product. My dog threw up on our bed and it went THROUGH the protector right onto our mattress. So now the mattress has a stain and the protector is a piece of junk. When you call the company to start a claim, they won't tell you that you only have 5 days to make a claim or they won't do anything. The customer service is horrible and they don't even stand by their product. Buyer beware, do not buy this unless you want a ruined mattress!!

"Disappointed buyer"
Got a Ver_Tex Performance+ "pushed" on us when buying a mattress. After sleeping on it for a week, it feels very plastic (like sleeping on a tarp covered with a sheet) and the fitted sheet slides off all the time. Very disappointed for an overpriced item. The item cannot be returned so we are stuck with a $300 loss.

I wish I had read these reviews before I wasted $150 on a queen size Dri-tech mattress cover.
While purchasing a new bed at Metro Mattress I also purchased a Dri-tech mattress protector to protect my investment. I felt that $150 was a lot to pay but I assumed that I was getting a high quality mattress protector. After 1 week of use I removed my sheets to launder. I noticed a stretched out area in the middle of the cover. I attempted to tighten the cover on all sides of the bed, wrinkled area remained. I sleep on my back. It is literally my butt imprint streched in the cover. I barely weigh 100 lbs. The store refused to refund my money and told me I had to use the warranty after only one week of use. I contacted the GM Warranty Services and was instructed to send pictures. After reviewing the pictures I was told to mail the product to them for inspection. I asked for a shipping label and they refused. After spending over $30 to send the cover to them, they denied my claim. They stated that it was not a manufacturing defect. Although they denied my claim they stated that they will send me a replacement cover. I really want my money back but I'm forced to have a product that I don't want. It's been almost 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for my replacement. As of now I have $192 invested in the cover, with tax and shipping included and have nothing but a worthless receipt of purchase. Do not buy this expensive but cheaply made product.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU CAN FEEL THE PRODUCT FIRST. If a product is sent and you open a corner of the zipper to feel the texture it is considered opened and they will not take it back. You will pay $249 and you are stuck with your product. For the company I would suggest sending a small sample of the material so it can be examined prior to any contact with the sheet so the consumer can make a decision if they want the product. For online purchasing it is an expensive gamble I would not do again.

I am one the badger retailer for over a decade. We don’t have their sheet and mattress protector anymore and I’m potty training my baby and wanted a couple of new mattress protector as soon as possible. So I didn’t want to wait to order as an employee. I ordered almost $1000 worth of sheets and protectors. They delivered it very later than I would expect, and there was a mattress protector and a sheet missing in my order. The box looks like it was being opened and re taped. Tried to chat with them,no one get in chat with me. Sent 2 emails no response. After 3 days I got a hold of them and ask If I will get the rest of the items. representative tried to tell ma that I’m lying and they delivered it in a perfect condition and nothing is wrong.I sent them pictures. she incest that the weight was verified(by who?!!! The person who damaged my delivery box? ) Anyway she offered me a 30% off on my next purchase. Told me it’s very unlikely that they made any mistake and must likely someone stole it from our house. (My house has camera all around the house.) I even offered to send them the footage. I asked to talk to a manager she said she is the manager and refused to give me her bosses information.
After years of selling their products and encouraging people to buy from them and using their product they treated me with the lowest possible way that anyone can treat their customer. I am one of the manager and I will for sure vote for closing out on their product , their customer service is a joke! I lost money , but they lost much more. If I was high up in their managment I would never let her hurt my business like this. Very disappointed. If you have missing package or item with your online order YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. no one took responsibility. more disappointing NO ONE EVEN CARES! Even a high quality merchandise without a good customer service doesn’t worth anything in united states.

An awful exprience
I purchased the full set of sheet sheet from this company, from this company. I received them and opened them and I saw that is totally plastic and that is not convenient to cover the mattress I called them. I don’t like it. I want to return them they say that as you open the package, you cannot return it, the material is cheap. The customer service is awful. I called them and request for the manager. They say there is no manager
It says small company and customer service is the manager and they are not responded. They say that we do not return your money because you open the package and I asked them if I’m not opening the package. How do I know the quality of material they said this is the policy, we do not return your money and we do not having any kind of return policy after you open the package
