I received the ix5 model and the front wheel does not turn properly. The brake is too tight and it is impossible to loosen it. I sent many emails and even called the company but never received a reply. Apparently there is no customer service. Very disappointed. Also there were no instructions included about how to programme the different programs.

My experience with the isinwheel S10 Plus has had some challenges, including a delayed shipment, communication issues with tech support, and a faulty dashboard and controller.
Despite these setbacks, I remain optimistic about the product.
While I have not yet tested the ride quality of the isinwheel S10 Plus, I can confirm the following:
• The unboxing process was simple.
• The 3-step folding system makes it easy to use.
• The scooter includes a loud bell for alerting others.
• The lights are bright, and the turn signals are visible on both the handlebars and rear deck.
• The dashboard is clear and colorful.
• Charging is straightforward.
• The design is sleek and modern.
Overall, I am looking forward to using the isinwheel S10 Plus.

"Rückabwicklung ist eine Katastrophe"
Lieferung superschnell und top, aber der Roller gefällt leider nicht. Direkt wieder eingepackt, keinen Meter gefahren. Leider ist die Rücksendung ein Riesenproblem!! Wir haben das Unternehmen extra ausgewählt, weil wir EU Produktion haben wollten und nicht über einen grossen Versandhandel kaufen wollten, falls während der Garantiezeit doch mal ein Defekt auftritt. Das war leider ein Fehler, Kundendienst ist tagsüber bisher nicht erreichbar, eine Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr von bis zu 15% ist auf einmal 15%, Rückversandkosten kommen noch zusätzlich hinzu, das steht nirgendwo. Es werden komische Rabatte angeboten, obwohl wir den Roller zurückschicken wollen. der T8 ist einfach zu groß für unsere Tochter. Wird es ohne Anwalt möglich sein, die Rücksendung vorzunehmen. Den Fall werden wir unserem RA und dem Verbraucherschutz übergeben.

"Damaged product, will not refund/replace"
I purchased a brand new S10 electric scooter last year. It was delivered October 30, 2024. It arrived damaged. After much back and forth with isinwheel, and attempts on my part to repair the scooter, they refused to refund my money because it was just over the 30 day return window. They offered to send me a new motor for the scooter, or a refurbished and functional scooter if I paid a $50 shipping fee; I agreed to the latter. I paid to ship the refurbished scooter on December 15, 2024. The first attempt to ship this scooter failed; I reached out to isinwheel to see where my package was and they told me that scooter had been damaged in shipping (like the original). They asked me to “just bear with them a little longer” and that another scooter would be sent to me within 5-7 business days. It’s January 12, 2025, and the scooter has not arrived. They haven’t sent tracking information or anything. I feel like I have no recourse to hold this company accountable. I feel had… I paid a total of $479.99 almost 3 months ago, and have no working scooter. My experience has been bad, I can’t recommend this company :-(

they’ve seem to grab my profile so I can’t login to show you what their terms of return policy. Something was broken on my scooter within their terms and they told me they couldn’t do it. Replace my scooter that they could only give me a piece to fix myself I’m not a mechanic. I’m not a welder. I’m not your man. I’m not a manufacturer. I work hard for my money and I use A Scooter for form of transportation to get myself to work for the long walk so I don’t have to walk. I can just ride my scooter. So the lady told me they were gonna return my scooter when I call some number in California I guess but I got an email telling me the piece that was broken. A Scooter was not a part of their return policy and that I was SOL on my money, so I had to save for at least six or seven months just to get the money to buy the scooter plus with the warranty for if anything happened I was covered and exactly what happens. Something happens not even 90 days into this product and they said I am not gonna fix my scooter. This is a horrible company. I will buy my scooter from any other company besides this one.

"Fast Delivery and Great aftercare "
My scooter was ordered on Friday and I received my Gt1 on Tuesday and am more than happy with it it's bigger than it looks in pictures and much more powerful than my iscooter i9 max. I had a problem trying to pump up my rear tyre as the valve was too close to the rim but the team talked me through it and all I had to do was let the air out and moving thre valve was easy. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a good experience.
