"Try to solve a problem and they block your account forever"

Called to activate a discount I received via email and they blocked my account. They now argue I breached some clause of respect to their staff which was the opposite case and I even had to call several times and ask to be treated with respect. I demanded the recordings but got no further response. My account had 65€ in credits that I now lost. AWFUL service STAY AWAY!!

"Finger weg von diesem Transportverleih"

Van wurde 3 Tage vorher für Möbeltransport reserviert. 8 Minuten vor Reservierungsbeginn wurde der von der Firma storniert. Wir hatten bei IKEA ein Abholfenster und standen nun ohne Bus vor der Ladung Möbel. Nie wieder!

"I purchased a tracker for someone with…"

I purchased a tracker for someone with dementia which was advertised as having a voice function which it didnt have. I sent this back with a note saying it was misold on 24th Oct 22 and had a reply apologising and saying" the website clearly stated calling functions which were incorrect and I would be receiving the full amount as a refund. since then despite numerous E mails promising to chase up the refund and acknowledging the tracker had been received back I have not had my refund of £107.87. They have now stopped replying to my my messages!

No pongo 0 estrellas porque no se puede. Recientemente he intentado crearme una cuenta nueva en esta plataforma de vehículos compartidos y me ha sorprendido que, una vez hecho el registro y enviado las fotos del permiso de conducir, etc. Cuando intento entrar en mi cuenta, me salta un aviso diciendo que lo sienten y mi cuenta ha quedado suspendida.
Después de ponerme en contacto con ellos para ver qué ha pasado, se limitan a decirme "Lamentamos informarte que el sistema ha detectado un error grave en tu cuenta y por seguridad se ha suspendido y no se puede reactivar." Cuando contesto y les pregunto que si me pueden dar más datos sobre el error y si tengo que registrarme de nuevo, su respuesta es la siguiente: "Sentimos mucho, pero de momento no se puede activarte ninguna cuenta , No podemos ofrecerte mas información sobre el error detectado."
Utilizad otras plataformas, porque esto es una tomadura de pelo.

Be careful with the hidden costs. Recently I got an email from Ubeeqo for a fine they got from Barcelona City-hall about a red light. (I’m still waiting for it) The next day they charged me 15€. When I asked why, their answer was: the 15€ charge is because we need to identify the driver and the car… Unbelievable. I had so many bad experiences With this company and when is their fault, nothing happens, but if they need to readdress a fine or anything else, be careful since they will charge you for sure

Sehr anonymes Leihverfahren. Per App gelangt man zur Leihe und dann zum Transporter. Relativ zeitaufwendiges Procedere, um das Fahrzeug zum Fahren zu bringen. Wenn das eigene Handy allerdings nicht will, weil man z.B. vergessen hat, den Akku zu laden, ist man aufgeschmissen. Der Telefonservice hilft mit Rat und Tat. Der Transporter selbst war recht neu und auch für die wenigen km, die zu bewältigen waren, gab es ausreichend Sprit im Tank. Das Abstellen bzw. Abschließen des Transporters gestaltete sich wiederum schwierig, da die App nicht so funktionierte, wie sie sollte. Der Telofonservice half beim Verschließen des Fahrzeuges. Der Ärger begann dann aber erst bei der Rechnungsabwicklung, da Beträge vom Konto eingezogen wurden, die nicht per Rechnung belegt und für mich als Kunde nicht erklärbar waren. Der daraufhin entstandene Mailverkehr war nervig, weder kundenfreundlich noch kundenorientiert und wurde seitens des Verleihers unvermittelt beendet.

"Truly terrible"

Truly terrible. Arbitrary charges and fees, no explanation and/or obscure meaningless template email responses, account suspended without explanation or warning (lots of people on here apparently suffer from this), terrible App experience (random error messages), dodgy cars (I once had one with literally 6 warning lights on)...used to be an amazing company, now the worst. Avoid if you can. Spent a fortune with this company (including 5 of my team) and now moving to a shared lease car literally just to get away from Ubeeqo. I expect nothing from this review other than that they post the exact same template response they have to every other bad review telling you to write an email that will not get responded to. Useless.
