LADRONES!!!!!
El peor servicio de car sharing que he probado en mi vida!!
No sólo tienes la molestia de tener que devolver el coche en el mismo parking, si no que te obligan a pillar el coche 4 HORAS!!! aunque no lo necesites tanto tiempo. A quien le sirve un servicio así ? Menudos ladrones!!! Daros de baja así aprenderán a ofrecer un servicio que sea realmente útil para los ciudadanos !!! Así es una vergüenza!!

"Customer Service could drastically improve"

I can't say the rental service itself was bad, but I'm very disappointed with the customer service team. I had a lost item and wanted to get in touch with the next renter. They could call but couldn't leave a voice message or send an email due to internal policy. It made absolutely zero sense to have a policy like that. If I got a random call from a company repeatedly, I wouldn't call the number back without context from a voice memo. This is a simple instance where evaluating your policy for common sense would've helped resolve the issue and left a customer happy. Now I probably won't use the service ever again.I also had pretty poor engagements with the reps.

"Su sistema no es fiable"

Su sistema no es fiable, no verifican el uso de los usuarios para luego pasar cobros exagerados, son una vergüenza, me cobraron 250 € por supuestamente no haber dejado el coche en el tiempo de reserva, 22HS de reserva una BROMA!

"Impresentables"

Me cobraron un sobrecargo de 215 € por entregar tarde el coche, cuando en realidad lo había entregado 5 horas antes de la hora de entrega. Contacto con ellos, me dan la razón, me dicen que ha sido un error y que me devolverán el importe. Ha pasado un mes y no se nada de ellos, no contestan al mail, no cogen el teléfono....

"Disgusting company."

Cars are horse poo. Fuel card never works which means using my own money and having to wait ten days for a refund. Today, I was minding my own business when I received an email with an invoice attached saying I owe “£97” for taking decals off a car I used a month ago. Taking the absolute p!ss. How many users used it after me and you’re trying to squeeze nearly £100 from me??????? The response was “did you take a pics of the car before use?” No I fxcking didn’t!!! Why would I need to. If the next user said there’s no damage on the car why are you charging me? I’m cancelling my account TODAY. You can all fxck off.

I hope someone from Ubeeqo reads and acknowledges this!
Multiple terrible experiences with Ubeeqo countless times. Petrol card declined during my last booking twice! Ubeeqo did absolutely nothing to help or assist, I had no cash or card on me at the time I was in extreme distress, upset and of course frustrated on the phone to Martin from customer service who was no help whatsoever except tell me I either pay myself or sign a form stating I drove off without the means to pay (which of course is not correct if the fuel card is declining).
When I told him I'd be forming a complain the following morning my account was Suspended on the morning after I returned the vehicle.
When I asked in email why this was I was told I was "aggressive". Wow! I have used Ubeeqo for a few years now and have been a loyal customer despite the terrible customer service, uncleanness of the vehicles and either no fuel or the fuel card declining and have never been told I've been aggressive before. Then for my account to be suspended for being upset about an error and inconvenience soley caused by Ubeeqo is absolutely ridiculous! Even though the use of the fuel card is included in the car hire, I was still forced to fork out for the fuel myself, then when frustrated about this I get Suspended.
Employees like Martin should not be able to make uncalled for decisions like these as they can cause detrimental impacts on mental health and well-being.
I have sent numerous emails to speak with a manager and have called countless times, no one replies to my emsils and no one can help on the calls. I will be contacting British Vehicle Rental & Leasing Association, and I advise anyone who is being ignored by Ubeeqo to contact them also.


Lastly, I cannot stress this enough...
I DO NOT RECOMMEND NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS CARSHARING COMPANY TO ANYONE.
TOTALLY INCONSIDERATE & UNPROFESSIONAL!

"Pesimo servicio"

Pesimo servicio desde hace un tiempo, coches que no se pueden abrir, reservas que te cancelan, gastos de combustible que no te pagan, servicio de atencion al cliente atendido por chulos que te faltan el respeto !!

No sale a cuenta la verdad, de lo peor !!

Muy malos, la app va lentísimo. Te bloquean la cuenta por la verificación y no te dan opción a reactivarla . Tienen 0 ganas de ofrecer un servicio decente
