"There business structure isn't ethical"
Theire business structure isn't ethical, even if they know you haven't done any damage to their car and make sure you park in the right parking lots, you will still get fined £96 for stickers on their car, the employees are happy to make unethical profit for their boss and your right would get abused at any occasion, avoid !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Get this, so i rent a car and make sure everything is done correctly, at the end of the trip my phone battery died so i end my tripby insertingthe key in the glove box key pad, i received the car and left it in perfect conditions, 2 days later they invoice me £96 for not being able to take a picture to provide evidence that i left the car in perfect condition, they say the cleaner already replaced the stickers and they charge the last customer who used the car, so basical if the car disappeared and u haven't taking a picure then you are accused and charged like we live in a jungle.....
* i have contacted the customer support several times, but they are keen to charge me unfairly and lose me as a member.

"HORRIBLE"
HORRIBLE. Alquilamos una furgoneta para un traslado. Estado deplorable, pilotos rotos, múltiples ralladas. Para una persona que no está muy ducho en las nuevas tecnologías, es un calvario acceder al vehículo. Lo devolvimos dentro de su horario y nos cobran un recargo de 250 euros. Llamas y te dicen que se te hará un abono......por los comentarios que he visto aquí, me temo que lo llevamos claro y de momento la pasta la han cobrado. Y a ver cómo narices demuestras que se han equivocado ellos

"Ubeeqo ruined our weekend"
I wish I had never heard of this company. First time renting a car with Ubeeqo with a group of friends to go away for the weekend, and spoiler alert : we had to cancel everything because of this awful company.
We arrived at the car and first problem, we couldn't open it. After 30 minutes on the phone with customer service (running between the car and the outside of the parking because there was no service in the parking), we finally managed to open it. But second problem, the car didn't start... the battery was dead. So we called again, and as it was a car for 7 people, the person on the phone offered us to rent 2 cars that were each 10 minutes away. We were not happy as we had already lost 1 hour but we accepted the deal.
When one of the groups arrived at the parking, the car was not there. There was an other Ubeeqo car and it was open, so we entered thinking there had been a mistake in the reservation. We were about to drive off when someone arrived and asked us what we were doing in their car. A few seconds later and we were going to drive off with someone else's car... it shows that this company is a complete joke as it enabled this kind of situation.
So we called again... the guy told us that the car might be parked somewhere else in the parking and that we should look for it. There was 4 levels in the parking so it would have taken us a very long time. But we didn't have to go through all this trouble as the guy finally told us that we couldn't drive the 2 cars at the same time. Indeed the 2 reservations were made under my name as I was the only one with an Ubeeqo account and apparently he realized only then that we couldn't add an other driver. He said that he thought I would drive the first car, come back and drive the other car... how stupid is that excuse.
He finally cancelled our reservations and said we would be refunded. Even if we get the refund, it will be far from enough to compensate the ruined weekend.
This was the worst car rental experience that I have ever had. This company is definitely going to sink and it will be well deserved.

"toda una pesadilla"
Experiencia con Ubeeqo ha sido toda una pesadilla. Me dejaron plantada. El servicio no solo de nivel bajísimo sino también antihumano. El coche que alquilo resulta que técnicamente defectuoso (por que la estáis teniendo disponible???) y no funcionaba. Por cierto tengo dos niños de un año y el equipo de atención técnica no quería ayudar, ni disculpas, ni alguien que podía reparar, ni ofrecer el otro coche. Me cancelaron el booking y dejaron con dos niños en parking y los planes totalmente arruinados. Buscando el coche en el último momento en otra punta de cuidad con carrito, bolsas y dos niños. El precio de reorganizar todo: unas horas de mi vida y tiempo que tenía pasarlo bien y no en estrés
obteniendo más cañas y encima tuve que pagar mucho más para el alquiler en el último momento con un coche menos apropiado para los viajes con niños.

"Attention à Ubeeqo"
Attention à Ubeeqo, ils ont accès à vos comptes en banque et peuvent se servir sans permission et sans raison valable. Ils l'ont fait pour moi car ils manquait la carte essence dans la voiture, que j'ai laissé au même endroit où elle se trouvait dans le par soleil. -280 Euro . Merci Ubeeqo j'espère tous vous croiser en enfer, a bientôt.

Les comento que estoy creando una cuenta a mi padre que no entiende tema informático y me obligan a que sea él el que llame y se encargue todo.
Les doy todos los datos demostrando que soy su hijo y lo niegan, obligando a que sea él.

"coches en mal estado y pagas por daños que no has hecho"
Coches sucios y en mal estado. Y si tienes una incidencia, preparate para pagar por ello.
En mi ultima reserva al sacar el coche del parking me daba señal de que le faltaba aire a una rueda. Tenia prisa y no lo atendi de inmediato. Tras 48h la rueda estaba sin aire. No tenia rueda de respuesto. Doy el aviso, mandan grua que me retira el coche y me quedo varada 3 dias antes del fin de la reserva de 5 dias. Ahora me mandan factura de 130 euros para que pague los daños cronicos de la rueda, los que le han hecho los cientos de personas que han conducido el coche…gracias ubeeqo.

"Bad service and help."
Started off really good but then it was a downhill drop.
I have been a good customer for a long time and got my friends into the app aswell but the system "kept detecting" an error and didn't let them register (let alone locked me out of the app)
I tried to contact customer service (SPAIN) but they are to no HELP? They keep telling me there is nothing to do and I was talking to a guy last week, saying my friends account suddenly got suspended last week right after he registered. He replied by, yeah it's locked, there is nothing to do.
So I asked whether I heard correct that there was nothing to do and he said, yeah nothing to do. Account got locked.
I did not know any other reason than "the system locked it and we cant open it up"
Anyways, I have been a good customer where I used your services almost every day, but after all these "system detections" and "account suspensions" and me trying to talk to customer service with no help, I give up.
Willing to provide screenshots and proof of "bad customer service" and back up what I've written above.

como servicio, no todo es tan malo, ¡pero la atención al cliente y la aplicación son terribles! Al cancelar una reserva, puede ver un mensaje de que la cancelación es 100% gratuita. 4 veces cancelé por culpa de la aplicación, ya que me mostraba las coordenadas incorrectas del coche. El soporte dijo que no se preocupe, emitirán un reembolso. engañado! Sigo esperando por 144 euros!

"Arnaque pour les gogos"
Arnaque pour les gogos. Lieu de reprise modifié et à 1.5 km du premier. Pas de véhicule. Nouvelle proposition à 1 h de métro. Ai dû prendre RER+ taxi avec 90 min de retard.
De plus, ai été débité 3 fois.
A ce jour ( 17 août 22), courrier envoyé, médiateur nommé, et silence radio chez Ubeeqo...
Et toujours pas remboursé des sommes indûment perçues.
... 01/09 : Ubeeqo a refusé la méditation ( saisie selon leurs CGV) ...
