"Cheap Dresses & Costly Returns "
Personally I found the dresses to look very cheap and of a low quality. As they have no shops like most I ordered a few dresses. Thought the process of paying to return the dresses isn’t good when prepaid labels are much easier for the customer. I also got stung with a restocking fee which I personally wasn’t aware of before ordering. I’d I had known I wouldn’t have bought from there. Cheap dresses that has now cost me £40 and I haven’t even got a dress!

"Beautiful dresses but sizing can be tricky"
I really like the styles and choices of dresses offered but the sizing is hard to figure out. Reviews from previous purchasers will tell you that some dresses run big or small which can make your decision on what size to order difficult. I've ordered at least 7 dresses and each one has been beautiful and arrived with fast shipping. But I've also had to return some because although they were my size, they did not fit. Ever Pretty does not have stores where you can visit, so you're buying solely based on the pictures of models wearing the dresses and, unlike other retailers, you will have to pay to return them. The process is very smooth and the customer service agents are friendly and give you clear instructions at each step. I'd rather have paid an extra couple dollars for each dress, even the ones I kept, to be able to get a prepaid shipping label provided for the ones I had to return. The dresses are beautiful but the cost and effort it takes to return items when they don't fit made me only give them 4 stars.

There was a technical issue and so they couldn’t provide me with a returns label. Told to return to address provided. Did just that. Parcel was signed for at company on 24th February. Ever pretty are not replying to Debenhams regarding my refund and therefore still not received my refund. Now seeking advice.

I had worst worst experience with Ever-Pretty as a first time customer. I have been using online shopping with so many websites but never had this kind of experience.
I ordered couple of dresses to try for my baby shower and all of those were very lose and I wanted to exchange one of the dress but my size wasn't available, so I wanted to return all dresses and then they said they can't refund as it was in Final Sale. I remember very well, when I was purchasing, those items wasn't tagged as Final Sale. Now I have those dresses which doesn't fit me and I can't return and get my refund.
I requested sooooo many times on email, on chat but they don't understand at all and help me with return. Feels like I have been scammed.
