Used on trainers before was great until purchasing most resent pair. I worn them once and noticed a raised hard crease in the fabric that's doesn't even go when on feet so clearly a fabric issue, raised a claim sent photos and apparently the cant do anything because doesn't meet their criteria. Even replied to me calling me someone else name!! Very disappointed especially as it says on their site that any fabric defects will be replaced free of charge ... Limited Warranty
8.1. For defects resulting from production or material errors, On shall provide the customer with a replacement product free of charge. Won't be using these again!!!

It hurts my heart to say this, one of the best shoes in 2024 but just with the worst delivery partner ever. As On doesn't seem to care they keep going with UPS: this is the third time I ordered and the delivery driver didnt show up. Sadly I won't be buying from On after this incident anymore.

Das Unternehmen verschickt fünf Paar Schuhe in drei Paketen. Bei der Rücksendung kann man nur ein Rücksendeetikett erstellen lassen. Man kann niemanden persönlich in dem Unternehmen erreichen und hat es nur mit Bots zu tun, die Textbausteine schicken. Die Kommunikation ist wirklich schwierig. Es gibt keine Telefonnummer und keine Möglichkeit, mit einem Menschen E-Mails auszutauschen. ...


Antwort zur Antwort von On: Mein Problem wurde inzwischen tatsächlich behoben und man hat mir persönlich geschrieben. Daher habe ich die Bewertung auf zwei Sterne erhöht. Die Kommunikation ist aber sehr frustrierend gewesen und müsste definitiv verbessert werden. LG und Danke

"Ludicrous services and squeaky noise from trainers "

Ludicrous services. I bought Cloud shoes in July 2024, and in August 2024 they started making squeaky noise! Now I am asking them to refund my money and take these shoes, and these guys are giving me pain !!! I will never buy from these people. AVOID at all cost.
I have seen your email and my review stands as their is flaw in design and I noticed couple of people with same issue.

Nach vielen Versuchen, gebe ich nun definitiv auf! Die Qualität stimmt einfach überhaupt nicht! Nachhaltigkeit daher: absolut nicht gegeben. Nach kurzer moderater Nutzung ( im Mai 2024 neu gekauft, im September 2024 nicht mehr zu benutzen) sind die Schuhe aufgrund von schlechter Qualität des Materials nicht mehr zu benutzen! Also, ordentlich Geld hingelegt und nun ab in die Tonne. Das kann in Zeiten von Nachhaltigkeit, Schonung von Ressourcen, Müllvermeidung absolut gar nicht sein! Wie lautet denn die Firmenphilosophie der Firma? Gibt es einen ethischen Anspruch? Gibt es einen Anspruch der Firma die Qualität und Haltbarkeit betreffend? Wenn ich meine Schuhe anschaue: leider nein! Schade, den Tragekomfort habe ich immer sehr geschätzt aber: für mich heißt es nun: nie wieder Schuhe dieser Firma. On shoes original websites did not accept any payment method even though they said mastercard and visacard are accepted, therefore I cannot place my order. Online chat services also closed at 5pm. I am really disappointed with this experience.

Die Produkte gefallen mir sehr gut und die Lieferung ging relativ schnell. Allerdings wurden die 6 bestellten Bekleidungsprodukte auf 5 viel zu große Pakete aufgeteilt, was einerseits die Express-Lieferung um einen Tag verzögerte und dem eigenen Nachhaltigkeitsanspruch auf allen Ebenen widerspricht. Abgesehen vom enormen Verpackungsmüll und verschwendeten Transportkapazitäten muss ich nun einen Haufen an Kartons entsorgen.

Leider kann ich hier kein Foto anhängen um die absurde Dimension zu verbildlichen.

i have returned a pair of ON shoes using the UPS return label provided by the customer support and they received the return package back in their warehouse in August, yet they refuse to process the refund to this day. they have also ignored every single one of my emails inquiring on the refund and block all my emails with an email bot of a template reply on how to return the shoes, of which i have mentioned it clearly that the shoes have been returned, i am asking about the refund updates. these email bot reply closed my email inquiry to block it from ever reaching the real customer support staff. absolute disregard and barbaric. They have both the shoes that i have returned and the $241 I paid for the shoes which i have returned and they received at their warehouse. a total trash company and scam.

Best trainers ever!!! I bought mine at office shoe store so I can’t comment on the companies direct service quality to which I see many bad reviews on here! I’ve worn mine day in and day out for two years now and put them through a washing cycle countless times and I promise I could put them in the store on shelf as brand new!! They are the lightest most super spongy trainers I have ever owned!!! I collect trainers and have dozens of Nike airs! My adidas torsion 800 1991 are the closest in comfort but not close! Best thing about them is they are waterproof so winter in puddles, mud, garden is no issue!!!! Just pop them on a 30oC wash and brand new. Take the insoles out and spray them with dettol spray then throw them in the wash! Your feet do sweat a lot and can get smelly as they are completely waterproof so that’s why the disinfectant spray! I have a bad knee and these shoes are a god send!!! I just don’t get the reviews!!!! Maybe don’t buy them direct! Buy them from a store that stocks them as the retail outlet is then legally your point of contact and returns direct with them!!!! Best shoes ever! I’ve even been stopped in a shop and asked where I got them as they look so good. I have this blue pair which goes with jeans very nicely and they just look great. I came online to buy my next pair so I have another and thought I’d check reviews,,,,,,, blown away with what I see so I decided to speak up!!!!
