Worst company ever to deal with!
$180 pair of shoes developed a squeak in one of them within 2 weeks of hardly being used.
I contacted a customer service and have been told I need to submit a warranty claim which I did (adding all informations,pictures etc,etc.). almost a month ago.
Unfortunately nobody from the team member got back to me.It’s clearly a manufacturing issue.
I’ve tried to contact customer service a few times without success.I was chatting with representatives with the same result.
I’ve had to stop using them as it’s embarrassing to walk about in sounding like a squeaky dog toy!
I requested a refund and was assured that after submitting claim I’ll receive it within 9 -12 days BUT UNTIL NOW NOTHING.
Really bad experience.

I tryed the shoes and didn’t like them. Now I want to return the items and I have try to download the label since weeks and no one is answering my email requests to get one. Can you please assist me?

**UPDATE**
After sending 2 label requests, chatting in the website where I got promises to get a label, nothing happened. I then decided to continue to send multiples emails and finally, at the end, this morning I got the label.
I am sorry but I am not satisfied at all… not with the products nor with your client service…

Made my first purchase from ON to get a running backpack for my race. More than two weeks later I still haven’t got my order. Contacted their customer service multiple times but it is impossible to get a reply from them. It is not even possible to get a refund. The worst experience ever.

I did have some reservations because of negative reviews, but overall I was impressed with their service!

2 shoes 2 rips at the toe . Hardly ran w them ( cloudsufer ) . Have got alpha flys , Pegasus run w them a lot more no problem.
They wouldn take them back for warranty because I was 1 month out . Even hardly worn and shows that in photos

On shoes is the worst place to buy shoes with poor customer service. The shoes breaks down with wear and tear with months and there is no durability. My nike shoes lasted me ten years and are still good enough. Bought a cloud surfer pair and within months it was run down and while wearing them the inner front portion of the inside gave my feet blisters! On availing the warranty they gave refused for a $$$ luxury product! Go for New Balance or just any company. This company does not care about the customer and is a below average pathetic one.

£120 pair of trainers developed a squeak in one of them within 2 weeks of hardly being used.
Video sent to customer service and said squeaks are not covered under warranty, it’s clearly a manufacturing issue but On have said they aren’t going to do anything about it.
I’ve had to stop using the trainers as it’s embarrassing to walk about in sounding like a squeaky dog toy!!
Don’t recommend this company nor will I be using them again!

Buongiorno, mi sono affacciato quest’anno si qs. Azienda ON acquistando qs primavera delle scarpe per trekking modello Cloudhorizon , le scarpe sono comodissime ma aime’ la suola si consuma troppo velocemente e soprattutto non hanno una buona ventilazione interna creando nonostante la lavi spesso dei cattivi odori , peccato per il resto sono perfette.

Because of incompetence of your transporter in handling of the shoes and delivering at pickup location of their choice, I was unable to receive my order.
I called multiple times, but the issue remained unresolved.

"Überteuerte Schuhe mit schlechter Qualität"
Nachdem ich mittlerweile 6 paar unterschiedliche Schuhe getestet habe, ist die Zeit gekommen mal ein Feddback zu geben. Die Dämpfung der Schuhe ist echt klasse aber die Qualität ist absolut miserabel. Bei allen 6 paar Schuhen geht nach kurzer Zeit die Sohle kaputt ( sehr schnell abgenutzt, es brechen Teile der Sohle aus ). Wenn man Schuhe reklamiert, muss man angeben in welchem Terrain die Schuhe getragen wurden und wehe es ist ein Belag dabei der in der Beschreibung nicht angegeben ist :-(. Keine Reklamation möglich, da Schuhe auf einem falschen Belag getragen wurden...sorry das ist lächerlich !!!! Bei einem Preis von 150 bis 200 Euro erwarte ich was besseres !! Ich kaufe lieber wieder meine Asics, das bekomme ich Qualität zum fairen Preis.
Fazit: Finger weg von diesen überteuerten Schuhen mit schlechter Qualität !!!!!!!!!!!!
