"Shoes are great, but Company refuses to issue refund for returned merchandise"

Shoes are great! Customer service is a nightmare, in a sense. The team members are restricted on what they can do, they are very nice, but have no authority. We returned 2 pairs of shoes in January 2024 for a refund of $200. It is June 2024 and after more than a dozen phones with reassurances of call backs and the situation being remedied it has not. At this point On Running has stolen from me. They have their merchandise back (received in January) and they have my $200 still owed. They continually say their finance team is working on the refund at the end of every conversation and they have logged all of our phone calls and the team members can see each time we call. They will not let us speak to a manager or the finance team. In my opinion, their finance team is the most incompetent group of employees that cannot issue a simple refund, or they’re in such dire need of cash flow they cannot return a customers refund. I have done all I can, I cannot understand the issue with issuing our refund.

Ich hatte die Schuhe einmal an zum Basketball spielen, eine Katastrophe! Das Obermaterial ist gerissen. Laut ON, kein Garantie Fall da ich kein Kaufbeleg.
Auf keinen Fall Kaufe ich nochmals ON Schuhe.

"Schlechte Qualität"

Wir, mein Partner und ich haben umgestellt auf ON und haben jeder in den letzten Monaten 5 Paar gekauft.
ALLE (verschiedene Modelle) sind von schlechter Qualität !
Schnell zerschleisst daa Obermaterial, Kunststoff bekommt Risse, Löcher der Schnürsenkel leiern aus.....
Teure Ware zu einer miserablen Qualität :-(

"Terrible customer service practices and product"

I bought the Cloudboom Echo 3 for $418 CAD worn them under 5 times and 2 of those were outside.

It's been over 30 days since I bought a pair of shoes, as I only run once a week due to my weight training program. I decided to get a "good" pair and asked if there was a promo code for signing up for their newsletter. They told me, "We don’t do that because ON is a 'premium' brand” (what a joke!) Long story short, the sole has started to fall apart.

I asked for a refund—NO. I asked for an exchange—NO. This must be a European thing. It’s been an awful experience, and I cannot warn people enough: do not buy this expensive, sub-par brand. I can appreciate and will buy products that need improvement to support brands other than Nike, but when you pay $400+ for a shoe and get disgusting customer service, I'd say go with HOKA, Nike, etc.

Nothing is worse than a brand that doesn’t stand by its products. To make matters worse, they’ve removed the option to review them on their website. FULL SKETCH. BUYER BEWARE!

"shoes never arrived "

Ordered a pair of shoes online they never arrived, I contacted their customer support, they say “they investigated, with FedEx and it was delivered” this is a false statement my shoes never arrived, I checked everywhere and nothing, the quality of their customer support is awful please do yourself a favor don’t make the mistake I did and buy them directly from a retail store this is a scam

Ich habe insgesamt 3 Paar On Cloud 5 Schuhe, bei allen drei kommt dasselbe Problem vor. Die Schuhe quitschen beim gehen. Garantie gewährt der Hersteller nicht. Beim ersten Reklamieren kam noch eine lächerliche Anleitung wie man das eventuell selber beheben kann (funktioniert nicht), mittlerweile wurde die Garantieanfrage beim 3 Paar Schuh einfach abgelehnt ohne weitere Infos (trotz Video welches das quitschen deutlich zu hören gibt). Ich finde dies für Sneakers die um die 200.- kosten echt sehr daneben!

If you want to overpay to sound like a dogs chew toy than these are the runners for you, all they do is squeak when you walk and customer service is horrendous

"Schuhe nach 2.5 Wochen kapput"

Meine Schuhe, welche ich nur in der Freizeit trug, waren bereits nach 2.5 Wochen hinten kapput. On wies die Reklamation ab und meinte, das sei halt so, wenn man die Schuhe „falsch“ abziehe. Die Schuhe kosteten 230 Franken und ich habe sie nur etwa 11 Mal getragen für Büro/Zugfahrt. Die Qualität ist wirklich schlechter als bei jedem Discounter mittlerweile.
