Ich habe zwei paar Schuhe von On. Beide sind vor ca. 15 Monaten gekauft. Und beide haben Löcher im Stoffmaterial. Der von mir kontaktierte Sportartikelhändler lehnt jeglichen Austausch ab.
Die Qualität ist leider wirklich schlecht. So bequem sie sind, sie halten leider nicht durch.

Oh my lord! The depressing fact that I can only wear these trainers if I don't mind being looked at like I have a squeaky dog toy attached to the sole of each shoe is matched by the poor experience which is dismissed with the copy and paste regularity of a company who believe their own hype.
Please steer clear or if you don't heed my advice I hope you are not afflicted with the same issues that so many others have succumbed to.
I'm sure the standard CS reply about the decision taken is supported by their T&C's will soon follow my review.

Der Schuh ist außer teuer nur Schrott,
vor allem bei nassen Straßen, ist er bei jedem Schritt am quietschen und man hat sofort nasse Füße.
Mein nächster Schuh ist mit Sicherheit kein on mehr.

"Subpar shoes. Horrible customer service"
I am extremely disappointed with this brand. I initially got interested in it because of Roger Federer and bought a pair of shoes that he endorsed. The shoes arrived without any problem, but unfortunately, they were too small. As a result, I returned them and purchased two other pairs in larger sizes. However, my returned package was lost by Canada Post. The carrier has acknowledged that there is an issue with delivering the package, but they will not start an investigation until the owner of the shipping label, On, requests one.
On has not done that, and instead, they have falsely claimed that Canada Post confirmed that the package was sent empty and therefore cannot be delivered. This is a lie that demonstrates the incompetence and unprofessionalism of their customer service. I would strongly advise staying away from this brand. The quality is subpar for the price. The sizing is inconsistent, so if you are thinking of trying the shoes and exchanging them for a different size, you WILL NOT get a refund. The customer service team outsourced by On is incompetent and unhelpful. Specifically, a member of the "higher investigation" team handling my case, David Tranchemontagne, is rude and unprofessional, has no idea what he's doing, has no intention of helping me solve my issue but rather feeds me with lies, making me look like an idiot. STAY AWAY!

Comprei umas sapatilhas da marca ON na loja Oschner Sport no dia 16.12.2023 para o meu marido usar no seu trabalho. As sapatilhas começaram a ser usadas um mês depois, e 5 meses após o seu uso estão com a sola completamente a desfazer-se. De salientar que o meu marido é programador de máquinas num empresa, então praticamente o seu tempo é estar parado. Não faz exercício, e quando é para sair em lazer não as usa.
não fará mais que 1500 passos por dia, que durante 5 dias são 7500 passos que equivale a cerca de 5,5 quilómetros, logo em 5 meses serão cerca de 27,5 quilómetros. Contactei a empresa ON AG, preenchi o formulário, e a resposta que obtive foi que alegaram mau uso, e que umas sapatilhas da marca ON duram cerca de 200-500 milhas ou seja 321-804 quilómetros. O meu marido sedentário fez cerca de 28 quilómetros e as sapatilhas estão miseráveis. O tecido rasgou e a sola desfaz-se. A empresa ON AG não assume o defeito e diz que a garantia não se estende a defeitos em produtos não encomendados no site oficial da ON. Disseram também que devo reclamar com o retalhista pois ele é o responsável pela reclamação e não o fabricante. A verdade é que nem o retalhista nem o fabricante assumem o defeito, por umas sapatilhas de quase 200 chf que ao fim de 5 meses estão num estado lastimável ! A empresa ON disse também que apenas tratava de algumas reclamações a título de cortesia. Ou seja a cortesia não é para todos!!! Igualdade pede-se!!! Ofereceram um vale de 20% no site oficial , que numas sapatilhas de 200 francos reduz 40%!! Só pode ser uma brincadeira. Tenho cerca de 11 pares desta marca porque quer eu quer o meu marido gostamos do conforto mas após esta situação mais vale comprar umas sapatilhas sem marca que provavelmente terão mais tempo de vida!

Sehr schlechte Qualität der Schuhe.
Der Schuh Clod 5 Waterproof hält nicht mal normale Spaziergänge auf Kies und Teer aus.
Hab den Schuh ein halbes Jahr getragen und bereits lösen sich Teile der Sohle. Der Kundenservice mit dem "Qualitätsteam" schreibt dazu nur, der Schuh sei ein reiner Stadtschuh und meine Verwendung sei die Falsche gewesen.

15/7/24 Update:
My new shoes are here! They finally look and smell like new. After a lot of back and forth, they finally agreed to cover the shipping cost for the exchange (which was totally their fault for sending worn-out shoes). Malaysians, Indians, and Indonesians, beware—you’ll have to fight for free returns, unlike our neighbors in Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines who get it for free. 😂 Even Israel, listed under the Asia continent, gets free returns 🤷 If I’m ever interested in ON products in the future, I may consider buying them, but definitely NOT online.
22/6/24 Update:
On 19/6/24, I received a response from the ON team on Trustpilot stating that my concern had been forwarded to their 'regional' team, who would be in touch shortly. It is now 22/6/24, and I still haven't heard back from them. Not even Arggie (usa_happinessdelivery), who has ignored my email since 13/6/24. I sent a follow-up email on 18/6/24 requesting an update, but it has also been ignored. It's impossible not to feel that they are intentionally ignoring me.
They want me to cover the shipping cost (which I found to be around RM260+ to RM350+ to HK), which is absurd since this situation is entirely their fault. They sent me a pair of poor-quality shoes and expect me to bear the cost of shipping them back? This whole ordeal has been extremely stressful and disappointing. Had they sent a brand new quality pair of shoes, I wouldn't be here, desperately trying to reach them. I'm forced to accept that I'll have to live with these shoes, but I will never recommend this brand to anyone. This is, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.

I'm based in Malaysia and bought ON shoes through their website because local retailers (in Malaysia, Singapore and Bangkok) didn't have the specific color and size I wanted. Despite the hefty shipping cost from Hong Kong, I thought buying online would be a good decision. However, when the shoes arrived, they were in poor condition, as if they had been worn. It was clear they hadn't been checked properly before packing.
After contacting customer service and providing photos, they told me I could exchange the shoes but that I would have to bear the shipping cost. This was very frustrating, as the issue was entirely their fault. It's been a few days, and the so-called 'Happiness Deliverer' team hasn't responded to my request for an explanation of why I should cover the shipping cost when it was their mistake in the first place. This has been an unpleasant and unnecessary experience.

"Haltbarkeit der Schuhe.. nicht länger als 3 Monate"
Was für ein Schrott . On adventure Waterproof für 179,95€ am 28.2 erworben. Innerhalb von drei Monaten ist die Wasserdichtigkeit nicht mehr gegeben. Das Gewebe reisst auf, die Sohlen sind auch schon ziemlich abgelaufen.
Schweizer Qualität wird in China produziert, da kann man wohl nicht mehr erwarten. Aber bei den Preisen ist das dermaßen enttäuschend. Ich kaufe nie mehr

"Bad quality"
i was thinking emailing customer service about my shoes, but after reading people reviews, its probably no point wasting time.
In general service was good when i have ordered trainers, order 3 pairs to try, returned 2. Received money back and everything else. No complaints.
My issue is with quality. after 1 year and 2/3 months, using trainers just for walking over weekends, trainers started to fall apart, few rips appear on top of the shoe. Not what you expect from £150 trainers. They keep advertising quality, but unfortunately i cannot say that quality is there, my £90 nike lasted over 3/4 years without any issues.
