La plus grande escroquerie en matière de publicité mensongère et tromperie. Les produits ON, running federer, ne sont en aucun cas recyclable, la matière végétale est modifiée par des procédés chimiques et n'est ni recyclable et surtout pas biodégradable, car en fait les procédés de transformation chimique les rendent équivalent au pétrole. Magnifique reportage de journaliste, Corinne Portier, en suisse. De plus les sous traitant son très mal payés et les marges sur les produits énormes. Je pense que la justice suisse va ouvrir un procès pour concurrence déloyale magistral. A suivre...

"I ordered a pair of shoes on 6/16/24"
I ordered a pair of shoes on 6/16/24. They still have not shipped. I've called 3 times to see when they'll ship. Customer Service is useless. They tell you, your shoes haven't left the warehouse...duhh, I can see that on the website. I asked to speak to a supervisor of customer service or a warehouse supervisor...nope, that's not allowed. After 10 days, I requested the order be canceled because I need to go buy a pair of shoes since these aren't coming to me. They said that was also not possible. I couldn't cancel the order either! So, I have no idea when the shoes will ship and/or I can't cancel the order. This is pitiful Customer Service!!! If you want On Cloud shoes, buy them locally, don't order direct!!! I believe I'll stick with Adidas!

"Poor quality, hiking shoes lasted 1.5month"
I have purchased hiking shoes from ON, after 1.5 month the soles were worn off and after contacting customer care they have confirmed this was the expected lifetime. Shockingly bad quality for such a price. I wouldn't recommend this brand to anybody

"Bequem, leicht und modern."
Ich trage seit 2021 On Schuhe und bin sehr zufrieden mit meinen 4 paar Schuhe von On. Das mit den quietschen finde ich persönlich nicht schlimm, es hört auf nachdem Feuchtigkeit aus den Luftkammern gedrückt wurde oder keine mehr vorhanden ist.
Mit den Support habe ich vor kurzen auch schon geschrieben und kann nichts negatives sagen. Akis war sehr freundlich und hatte Verständnis. Vielen Dank nochmal.

"Doesn't Stand Behind Product"
Purchased a pair of On Cloud Flows in April/24 and within a week of wearing them they were squeaking within the heal regardless of the type of floor/ground being walked upon. On customer care quickly dismissed my claim stating that all shoes squeak. Having worn running shoes for the better part of 50 years I have to say that shoes normally do not squeak whilst walking on concrete, asphalt and dirt. Unfortunately Nicholai from On customer care knows something I don't. Wish there was a way to load the video on this review to really show how much of a problem this is.

"Absolutely garbage customer service"
Absolutely garbage and I never even received my order. If you want to buy on clouds I highly suggest you avoid buying direct. Their customer service is a joke, they don’t have any information and they lie. Talked to 2 different people on 2 separate days was told both times the supervisor was busy and I could get a call back and never did. My order did not come when it was suppose to, on cloud didn’t contact us. When we decided we wanted to just cancel the chat bot referred us to an email and when you email it refers you back to the chat bot. Upon calling on cloud for a 4th time they informed me that the order couldn’t be cancelled because it was processing then turned around and told us it had been cancelled by the warehouse WITHOUT ANY CONTACT. Horrible experience.

"Nice Shoe, Needed Replacement, On Fixed it"
The shoes look great, and my wife says they are comfortable...however, they appear to have a slight issue with respect to materials and structural design on top of the foot. The combination of structural design and materials did not hold up well.
My wife had these shoes only 3 months, and used them for daily wear/walking for her indoor medical job....not even running. Only 3 months, and the material on the front top started tearing...the tear quickly grew. The $150+ shoes quickly became unsightly and not wearable.
The tear is in an area that experiences a lot of bending of the foot. That area has both harder and very soft material. Where those materials meet, on both shoes, the tears have occurred. It's normal that would be expected to happen.
While submitting a claim was relatively painless, following up was more challenging. On sent me a coupon for a new pair of shoes...but that email never made it to my inbox, spam, or other mail folder. Because of this miscommunication, I attempted multiple times to follow up on my claim...to no avail. The website made it difficult, if not impossible, to follow up on an existing claim number. I kept getting sent back in circular fashion to the same menu items. That was frustrating. I received an email for a survey about the service, but had no obvious way of contacting anyone at On to follow up and actually resolve the issue.
I posted the initial version of this review, expressing my deep frustration with the lack of service I had experienced. A few days later, a US representative of On contacted me by email and phone to help resolve the matter. They were very attentive and listened to all my concerns. I appreciate the responsiveness to my concerns and them forwarding in an email the coupon that had been intended for me.
Other than suggesting a slight modification to the shoe design to make it more durable, I only hope they make their service features online more accessible, easier to use, and do more to confirm closure of the loop on claims with the customer. I also suggested the customer receive an email copy of the warranty claim they submitted with all details as well as any photos they attached.
Looking forward to my wife receiving her next pair of shoes...hoping these will last longer. If not, I am now confident On will do all they can to expeditiously resolve any warranty claims to keep the name they have thus far earned.

sehr schlechten service bei reklamation. Nach 3 monate tragen begann die sohle sich zu lösen. kundenservice von on reagierte negativ (sandte fotos und kopie des kassenzettels)

Wir besitzen insgesamt sicher 12 Paar On-Schuhe. Von Jahr zu Jahr wurde die Qualität schlechter.
Bei den Cloud 5, die mein Mann trägt, und den Cloudflyer meines Sohnes löst sich der Stoff im Bereich der kleinen Zehen komplett auf. Und zwar ohne mechanische Einwirkung von innen oder außen. Die Schuhe sehen nach einem Jahr schlimmer aus als Discounterware und können nur noch entsorgt werden.
Der Cloudflyer Waterproof meiner Tochter löst sich an den Fersen innen auf. Auch dieser Schuh ist nach einem Jahr reif für die Tonne.
Der Reklamationsprozess muss, wenn man beim Händler kauft, immer über diesen laufen. Das ist anstrengend und zeitraubend, vor allem dann, wenn man z.B. auch mal im Urlaub beim Shoppen ein Paar mitnimmt. Ich habs aufgegeben.
Wir werden keine On-Schuhe mehr kaufen. Ich erwarte für Preise zwischen 150 und 200 EUR bessere Qualität und keinen billigsten Asia-Dreck.
