"Gute Schuhe - Kundenservice je nach Mitarbeiter recht zäh"
Mega Schuhe - aber unglaublich inkompetenter Kundenservice! Mein Paket scheint verloren gegangen zu sein. Es liegt hier im Verteilzentrum und wird seit 4 Tagen nicht mehr gescannt. Die Dame an der Kundenservice Hotline hat das alles nicht wirklich verstanden. Sie meinte immer ich soll doch warten ob es heute nicht doch noch kommt. Aber wie soll das gehen wenn es nicht mal ins Zustellfahrzeug geladen wurde? Sich um das Problem kümmern wollte sie auch nicht. Sie meinte aus Datenschutzgründen können sie nicht bei DHL anrufen und wo würde das hinführen wenn man sich um jedes einzelne Pakete kümmern müsste. Hallo!?!?!? Ernsthaft? Ich habe es noch ein paar Mal probiert aber die Dame hatte wirklich von gar nichts eine Ahnung. Unfassbar! Jetzt bleibt mir nur über Paypal mein Geld zurück zu fordern. Schade! Eigentlich wollte ich gerne die Schuhe haben...
UPDATE: nach meiner Bewertung hier hat sich jemand gemeldet und eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin hat sich der Sache angenommen. Schön, dass es nun doch noch geklappt hat - Schade, dass es dafür solch ein Druckmittel benötigt und nicht gleich so läuft. Ich habe der Fairness halber die Bewertung daher auf 3 Sterne geändert.

I wish no star , terrible customer service, ordered my shoes 10 days ago, and they do not have any idea when they are going to arrive , fake website and shoes. they probably order from Temu or Aliexpress for $5 and wait when they make it? And sell it for $200 , good business .

£140 for CloudX 3 shoe that didn't last 2 months before the mesh got poked stretching into a bigger cut through the front.
I raised a warranty claim via on.com just to receive the utter rubbish response below from them escaping their own product guarantee.

Consequently, we cannot guarantee the quality of the item or uphold the warranty provided by our authorized retailers. Therefore, you'll have to address this issue directly to them."
Save your money and spend it well on a more reliable brand with proper customer service.

Im Schuh kann ich sehr gut laufen, es passen die Einlagen optimal rein!!!Nur leider für den Preis eine sehr schlechte Qualität. Da der Schuh sich von außen auflöst.Schade!!Hab leider keine Rechnung mehr,sonst hätte ich reklamiert.

"Weeks after they take your money, still no shipment "
I regret purchasing from On, how is it acceptable that weeks after placing an order it still doesn’t ship and customer service just says “oh we have a backlog” and that their original estimate is no longer valid and cannot give any time frame - this from a company worth billions - spending no investment into actually fulfilling orders only spending money on social media advertising.
It is clear someone within the company needs to be replaced, the warehouse is clearly not staffed properly - some VP in charge of actually fulfillment is really a disaster at their job. This is just not acceptable in 2024 when Amazon will deliver something to you in 2 hours.

The purchase I made was sent while i was out of town. When I came back the package was not there and realized the fedex employee had left the package at the wrong address. Fedex asked me to contact the shipper(On) so they could send the invoice or letter with the items that were in the package to get a refund from Fedex. When I contacted On they said they could not help me because more than 7 days had passed since the package had been delivered. I explained to them I was out of town, but still refused to send any information to Fedex. Now I'm out 300 dolars!

In Italia non è facile trovare negozi che abbiano un buon assortimento dei prodotti On Running. Se ami questo marchio e desideri scegliere il modello, il colore e la taglia che preferisci è imprescindibile rivolgersi al sito ufficiale (anche se purtroppo pure i prezzi sono quelli "ufficiali"). Devo dire che nella mia esperienza gli acquisti sono sempre andati benissimo. Spedizioni assai veloci con corrieri affidabili che consentono di scegliere tra domicilio e punti di ritiro. Merce che arriva nei tempi promessi e sempre perfetta. La mia esperienza fin qui è ottima ma non ho mai dovuto fare un reso fino ad oggi.

"Ordered ON shoes 2 weeks ago - they have no idea when I’ll get them. "
When I placed my order 2wks ago, ON stated arrival date of July 10, 2024 & I recieved e-mail stating the same. Today is July 12 & I have not recieved my order - I have been charged however. Every time I track the order it is still sitting in the warehouse. I have called, sent e-mails & no one can tell me when I can expect the shoes. Poor marketing & professionalism by not backing your word on delivery date.

Familiar theme here, I got a pair of cloud monster which have “collapsed “ the person I have been emailing said that they collapsed because I have been using them wrong, and they are designed to work in a back to forward motion, I not sure of how else I could walk. They did offer a 20% discount off my next pair, which I politely declined as I would rather not by a pair of trainers that last less than year of weekend dog walks. "Enttäuscht von der Langlebigkeit "
Ich habe mir für meinen bevorstehenden 50km Marsch „waterproof“ Sportschuhe geholt. Ich bin dabei diese einzulaufen. Leider nutzt sich die Sohle nach 2 Monaten extrem schnell ab. Bis zum Marsch kann ich sie nicht mehr verwenden.
Des Weiteren quietscht der rechte Schuh beim auftreten. Das nervt mich extrem. Ich bin enttäuscht vom Produkt.
Bei diesem Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet.
