"These shoes are A Joke"

These shoes are A Joke! Overpriced, uncomfortable and the material is no better than that of Walmart. Inside the shoe where the sole is, is narrow and squeezes your feet. The bottom of the shoe has little traction and gives off slip and fall vibes. They don’t offer A wide version and they rub against your ankle. I will be taking back the pair I got and staying far away from this company.

Habe Mitte Januar Cloud Monster Schuhe gekauft. Nach circa drei Monaten habe ich festgestellt, dass das obere Futter einen punktförmigen Riss hatte. Einen Monat darauf wurde dieser Riss circa 4 cm groß. Gott sei Dank, konnte ich die Schuhe zurückgeben.

I rarely write reviews but I am so grateful Jessica and Kyriaki for their help. I bought shoes in Brown Thomas left shoe had bubbles on top of the issue. As advised by the team, I submitted claim and had received a great response within 2 hours and received gift voucher 10 hours later. The customer service has a great team and thank you again guys !

"1x und nie wieder!!!!"

Schade das man keine Minussterne vergeben kann. Ich habe Ende Februar ein paar Schuhe von ON gekauft. Getragen habe ich sie aber erst ab ca. Mai. Im Fersenbereich löst sich die komplette Sohle ab und auf. Bei der Reklamation bekam ich die Antwort "die Lebensdauer der Schuhe ist erreicht". Eine Gutschrift bzw. eine Lieferung von Ersatz wurde abgeblockt.179,95 € in SCHROTT investiert. 1x und nie wieder. Kulanz und Kundenbindung sieht anders aus.

"25 days later and still no shoes. "

I ordered shoes on 7/1/24 and 25 days later they haven’t shipped yet. I contacted their customer service requesting a cancellation and received the following email:

"Company you cannot trust"

After almost a month of waiting, they cancelled my order without a notice. Another order I have placed is being processed for days. They are clearly having shipping/stock issue but not announcing any on their website, rather they have chosen to force their customers go through inconveniences and waste their time. Shame on them.

"Wow wow wow"

Don't often write reviews but I'm shocked at this insanely good customer service. Shocked. I purchased some Cloudtilts via ASOS a few weeks ago. They really hurt my feet weirdly after wearing them a couple of times on the treadmill. I was advised by their CS team to submit a warranty claim with a pic of the trainers (barely worn as they could see and also pics of the marks they'd left on my feet). They responded 12 hours later with a full £150 (value of the trainers) code to use to purchase a new pair of any kind on their website AND a 10% off voucher. And not even asking me to return the trainers. Neither voucher ever expires. I work in customer experience and can honestly say THIS IS HOW IT IS DONE PEOPLE. Outstanding. 10/10.

"Preis Hoch Qualität runter "

Im Dezember 2023 On Cloud 5 Schuhe gekauft und nach 7 Monaten zeigen sich Risse an der Naht vom Meschgewebe. Bei On einen Garantiefall eröffnet wurde prompt abgelehnt normale Abnutzungserscheinungen! Ich trage sonst Salomon die halten wenigstens gute zwei Jahre. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert die Schuhe von On.
Ist schon komisch das sie uns nicht finden da Chrsy heute schon zwei mal mit meiner Frau Jennifer geschrieben. Ich denke sie sollten Ihre Qualitätsstandards über denken 6 Monate Garantie auf Schuhe geben die 140€ kosten ist eine Frechheit. Wenn Nähte aufgehen hat das für mich nichts mit einer Abnutzung zu tun!

"I’ve had the worst experience with ON…"

I’ve had the worst experience with ON customer service. After i sent almost 10 emails asking for my order, now they tell almost one month later that my order has been cancelled!!! This is unbelievable. Shame on you!!
I have another order on the way, it should be shipped tomorrow, im afraid that they will tell me the same thing!!
