Dochter heeft 2 items geretourneerd,Daily Paper zegt maar 1 item te hebben ontvangen. Na de nodige mails en telefoons hebben ze alles doorgstuurd naar een incassobureau met de nodige interest erbij. Een pure schande dat ze mensen zo in het zak zetten om wat winst te kunnen maken! Dit was de 1ste maar vooral de laatste keer dat we hier iets hebben besteld! Een zeer boze klant!!!

De kwaliteit van de kleding is erg slecht. Meerdere truien aangeschaft en zijn allemaal stuk voor stuk kapot gegaan in de wasmachine. Zelfs op koud was, lage toeren, etc. Gaten, scheuren, logo dat ribbelt...

Bestellungabwicklung reibungslos, Ware war innerhalb 3 Tagen mit DHL da. Paket war ziemlich zerstört, hat aber nichts an Inhalt gefehlt, lag aber ziemlich sicher an DHL. Ansonsten die Qualität wie immer bei Daily Paper top. Deshalb 5 Sterne im Gesamtpaket.

"Klantenservice!"

Haal hier al m'n truien en t-shirts. Levering is de ene keer snel en de andere keer langzaam. Nog niet in contact hoeven komen met de klantenservice, kan daar geen oordeel over geven. Retournering moet wel gratis gemaakt worden, is tegenwoordig eigenlijk standaard.

Ordered a tracksuit on 28/12/22 and sent it back, arrived 04/01/23 which was confirmed by tracking, the company did not respond and confirm the parcel had arrived. It has now been three weeks and I am yet to receive confirmation that Daily Paper have my parcel, I have emailed them three times and i have not received a response even though their own company policy states that emails will be responded to within three business days, it has now been 6 working days and I have not received any response. In addition to this daily paper state that refunds should be processed 5 business days after receiving the parcel and 7-10 business days during busy periods, it has now been 15 days since they received my parcel. Still awaiting a response, the customer service has been nothing short of shocking, really disappointing considering I enjoy the quality of their products, but their poor customer service definitely outweighs that. Will not be using this company again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else use them either unless you want disappointment. This is not the first time I’ve had issues obtaining a refund from daily paper.

2 weken gewacht en werd gezegd dat het er bijna aankwam. Vandaag een bericht dat het er toch niet is

"MISSING ORDER"

I ordered my order on the 26th of January order number27054. The ordered said delivered ut has not arrived. I spoke to customer service yet they are just saying investigation and will take 7 working days. today is the 8th and I am left with no parcel and money been debited. Very dissapointed as i heard good things about Daily Paper but looking from these reviews I shall be looking elsewhere.
