"Terrible company"
Terrible terrible people.
This has happened multiple times to me.
I ordered clothes, it took 2 weeks to even get a confirmation of my order. After this they told me half my order was out of stock. Now i got half a tracksuit that does not go with anything else and no way to contact them. I find it a shame, i used to always wear this brand. Now they have become obsessed with earning money. They clearly don’t give a crap about their costumers

"EXTORTIONATE RETURN FEE FOR JACKETS…"
Ordered a jacket from online but it did not suit me. Unfortunately due to DAILY PAPERS PATHETIC returns policy that the customer has to pay for their return costing over £100 to return the jacket I had to keep it. But I do not wear it I use it for the dog to sit on. Their customer service was just as dumb as the cost of the return. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU ARE NOT SURE YOU WANT THE STUFF OTHERWISE YOU WILL INCUR A RIDICULOUS RETURN FEE.

Momenteel wacht ik al 3 maanden op een niet ontvangen shirt. Ik heb alle documentatie ingeleverd en al met 4 verschillende medewerkers contact gehad. Het bedrijf is onbereikbaar…
Kwaliteit van de kleding is goed, echter zal ik hier niet snel meer bestellen.

"Beware of customer service"
So I ordered 5 Items from the site, received 4. I tried calling their customer service and their head of office a couple of times for literally 45 min and they hung up everytime after a couple of min of ringing.
I called the store about the missing item and a guy Gianni picked up, the dude was helpful in explaining what I could do about the situation. I could return the items in-store because I bought them at full price, and I can pick up the missing item in store.

Oktober voor 240€ retour! Nu vandaag 23-02 nog geen geld terug en niet eens contact kunnen hebben met iemand! Reageren nergens op klantenservice bestaat niet!

"Received random products, 4 months later still no refund"
Horribe, horrible customer service! I ordered 27th of October and received only one of the products I ordered, together with 4 other random products. Not my size, not even close to what I had ordered.
I tried to email, call and reach the. Two whole months later I finally made some contact (somebody picked up the phone). I had to send photo's of what I received, but had to try really hard to get a returnlabel to return the products (for free) which I didn't want. We are now 4 months past my order date and I STILL haven't seen any money. In the meantime I am completely ignored by customer service.

Trui besteld maar was iets te groot kan niet retourneren als je belt nemen ze niet op mailtjes worden geweigerd kan op geen enkele manier contact met ze krijgen koop hier niks!!!!
