I ordered towels in October 2022, never received them, asked for a refund and nothing, now I see that the website is closed down so what to do? Looks like I lost over 100€, don’t order these products, it’s a scam!

"DO BIT USE THIS COMPANY"
I bought some towels in January 2023 and still have not received them after repeated emails. I have contacted them on numerous occasions and they haven’t even had the decency to respond!! They apologised for the delay and made some excuse which has now meant I cannot even get a refund from my bank… I am still owed £45 and have never received the towels. What is going on??

"Dry towel ordered in December"
I ordered a dry towel in December, I received an email asking if I would like another colour as the colour ordered was out of stock.. I replied and said yes to another colour and still waiting.. I’ve just read that the business has closed. Yes it’s a shame about a small business going under but not refunding money on items ordered is not on!

I’ve bought towels & cooling pads from Tom and service has always been top notch!
It would appear that the business has very unfortunately folded, which I find so sad. Tom seemed like a great guy whose heart was most definitely in the right place.
It’s not easy running a business and things can become out of control and out of your hands very quickly. A little more understanding and compassion for Tom wouldn’t go a miss.
Should Tom happen to see this, I’m so sorry this happened, your products were excellent and I miss Digby’s emails and photos. All the best for the future, Lou

Avoid!!! I am trying to get my £40 back through credit card company. I ordered a drying bag in January. Of course it never arrived. Had not seen the reviews. Got sucked in through Instagram, should have known better.

"THIEVES AVOID"
I ordered a blanket back in December its now April still not received blanket. I raised my concern with them and was told it was a logistics problem out of their control and I would get the blanket beginning of February this was just a bare faced lie no blanket has arrived and no response from the numerous emails I have sent. I'm digusted with the way they've treat me and by the looks of it many others too, they've just taken our hard earned money and pocketed it. THIEVES

I wish I'd read these reviews!!!! Ordered towel 5th Jan. Received email advising stock issues so agreed to wait the 14 days stated. Chased order in Feb, to receive email advising logistical nightmare outside of "Tom & Digby's" control. Then March chased again and requested refund and no reply. Emailed today and email bounced and NO LONGER EXISTS!!!! Raised dispute with PayPal so hope to be refunded. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

I am Anna Muir, Company Director of Pawdaw of London. We sell our own range of luxury dog products; dog towels, drying bags, cooling vests, natural grooming products and treats.
Someone has posted a review for Paws and Presto 5 days ago stating that Paws and Presto is now trading as ourselves and to avoid at all costs, this is not true, and is libelous.
I set Pawdaw of London up in November 2020 and have worked extremely hard to produce amazing quality products, and provide fantastic, inrivalled customer service, this can be corralated by the fabulous reviews on our website at pawdawoflondon.com
Given the very poor reviews on here and on social media, to be falsley compared to Paws and Presto, given the amazing reputation we have built, could be damaging as a small business.

I agree with others negative reviews. I was promised refunds and replacements since November last year. Terrible company. Just basically took my money with no way of getting it back.
