It is simple to divert calls to our duty control team which enables us to be able to give our clients one number to cover it all.
The operation and set up is very easy and straight forward. In a world full of confusion an easy solution!

My email server went down for the seconnd time this year, I called yesterday and was told the problem would be resolved. It has not I called back again this morning tobe informed the office is closed untill Monday morning. I have some travel document I need to recover for Monday.
Having been with onebox for over 25 years I begin to feel I must find another provider

This is a fraudulent company. It is impossible to cancel service and they will fraudulently charge your payment method for ever.
In addition, no matter what I do and how I do it, I am unable to log in my account to cancel the account. I always get an error message that my log in credentials are invalid when they are not in fact invalid. I even reset the password multiple times and still get the same error message.

This used to be a great system but in recent months has become so unreliable.
I assume your own phones run through ereception, too many eggs in one basket as no calls are being routed.
Let’s see how many days it takes to sort this time.
