Ordered truck adaptors a week ago call today to see why they weren't shipped with a tracking number. They let me know they were on back order it wiil be 2 weeks before they have them in stock. Guess I was to wait at least 3 weeks. When you have someone's truck apart they love to be told you will have their truck at least 2 weeks longer then you said. Could of emailed me the day I place the order before I pulled the front end apart and now I sit and wait. Have not got my refund back so I maybe could order them elsewhere.

Set up is time consuming as would be suspected but the results are phenomenal. Easy to use, smooth operation, quiet and mobile.

I just received the lift and have not installed it yet. The shipper did not call and schedule the delivery as it said on the tracker. Luckily, I had enough room for the truck to get in unaided. It required a fair amount of work to get it lifted and on the dollies to move it into the shop once I got home, which would have been simple if I could have met the truck at delivery.

The Product is well made for the price, Their assembly documentation is a little lacking but good enough to get the job done. I had a minor issue with
mine and their customer service team was friendly and helpful in finding a solution.

Quick response from customer service, even when difficulties arose with my order. Accurate advice from the tech support staff, although had to wait a few minutes to speak with them (lots of customers is good!)

Only bad thing was the installation manual. Incorrect information on how to install the lift columns, you've got to partially install the hydraulic fittings, and complete the assembly after inserting the column in the channel. Also needs a warning that the lift sliding blocks can only be installed in one orientation, since these will slide out during the install. No installation instructions on the lift safety latch system.

Lift is a good solution, will use it for years.
