"Not a good experience"

Had a problem with website when purchasing and recieved my lift on 11/01/17 and it is scratched up and the stickers are torn and not in good conduction.

"A few glitches."

When I placed my order (10/17) I was told 5-7 days shipping. I picked it up at freight hub on 10/30. One of the bands was broken and the roll around chair was missing.
When I was tracking the order it sat in California in till 10/20, and then is GA 2-3 days no one could tell me or Sarah why?
The instructions could have more detail and be in a larger font so you could read them without a magnifying glass.
Sarah (my sales person) gets a 10+ for communications and helping out
Freight Company cross country gets a 3
The local hub gets a 10 .I called them to see when could pick it up (fright truck would not be able to get in the driveway do to deep ditch across the street)
I hope to have time to install it this weekend .so hopefully the rest will go smooth. I am not sure why washers are not included for the parts you have to assembly, where there are slotted holes, so I added them when I put it together.

Nice product so far haven't used it yet but looks very well built could use a better design on the connection to the cylinders instead of all the elbows otherwise everything else was perfect

The "MaxJax" was delivered in a timely manner. It looks like it is very well built. Can't wait to see how good it operates.

Boy the package was heavy!!
Great lift, well built, works very well. First lift was F150 Ford Truck, then Full size BRONCO, lift just went right up with these weights no hesitation.
I can get three foot clear under F150 before touching ceiling in my shop.

If could add safety stop at three foot above floor (between two foot and four foot) stops would be great.

It's the best thing I've done to buy the mx6 lift,it's the same lift as a shop would have made my work so much easier and safe at the same time.

Great product but I ordered the Truck Pads on Wednesday at 11:00 PM -- and paid UP for overnight 1-day delivery. Didn't revieve the Truck Pads until MONDAY. Not good.

"You get what you pay for"

You get what you pay for. It does alot of work, its not very high, but if you can work from a stool or knee pads it works really well.

It had a few scratches from shipping, and on of the stickers is partially removed and too dirty to stick.

Over all it makes my shop look alot better and alot more functional.

I'll know in a year if it's a guality lift or not. By then it should have made plenty of money and should still work great.

Called regarding product placement on a show we are filming. I own 3 lifts from Max Jax, great product. I asked for replacement stickers for the front facing sides of my lifts and anchors. Rude employee didn't have time for that... haha I'll buy bendpak from here on out.
