Customer service is excellent. Still have an issue with one column slightly higher than the other, but not a big deal. I am able to lift everything from a Cobra to a full size GMC pickup with the same column spacing. I wish I had this lift 20 years ago!

"During this review"
During this review, I haven't received my product yet. I'll update my status when I do receive my MaxJax lift.
I made my order on June 9. Which was on a Friday. I didn't get any notification of when my item would be shipped. I waited 5 days, including weekend, finally made contact via email on June 13. During my 5 days. There was no follow-up when my order would be shipped from these guys or any progress that it'll be shipped soon.
I get a response back the same day saying my order will be shipped tomorrow and a tracking number would be provided. So I waited a day to for my tracking number. I didn't see a tracking number the following day, So I made contact again via email to see if a tracking number has surfaced. A day later a tracking number was provided. By now it's June 15.
They company they use for delivery is called, Estes. Once I got my tracking number I started following the progress. It took 3 days for it to get to the Salt Lake City terminal. So it arrived on the 17th of June. I'm thinking great, it's here and now they should be able to local delivery my product. Nope. Now I have to deal with Estes.
I made multiple attempts to Estes, leaving a message and emailing. I would get different stories, from 3 different customer service representatives. of where my package was at. I thought these guys were suppose to get ahold of you to let you schedule an appointment.
4 days later, Today, June 21. I finally got a hold of them. Apparently Estes, doesn't return your calls if you leave a message after hours. So you would have to call them during business hour to get a "live" person. I did and then the person told me that their schedule is filled, and don't know exactly when a opportunity would open up. But told me it would be soon. So It's June 21, about 12 days, and still no package. If they couldn't make the delivery, at most, reach out to me and let me know why. Poor communication from Estes.
Recap: lazy communication, very long wait on package, following-up on customer to let them know if it's been shipped or not is slow, and the shipping company they chose, Estes, has to be the worse decision they could make, because now I'm stuck waiting on them to when they're not busy to deliver it.
I would order from a third-party that has this product in stock instead of going with this company directly.
I understand that it does take sometime for these things to shipped, But I've had much heavier items get here in less than 5 days from across the country. But when you're paying $1,800.00 for a product, I think the little details would be important.
The only thing I could do is wait to see if I'll get this by Friday. Overall with MaxJax USA and the shipping company it's at a 2 star. I think that's fair.
Update 06/26/2017.
I received my MaxJax early this morning. I talked to Miguel on 06/22 after receiving a voice mail from him. I called and he explain to me the situation and helped me out by going out of his way and getting the shipment to moved faster. I told him I was upset with how things been with my experience.
At the same time of receiving the voicemail from Miguel someone called me from the shipment company and had my appointment setup for delivery. I'm relieved this is all over. I wish it was like this from the get go. I'm glad they did the right thing and followed up on me with this review.

"Bad customer service"
Purchased in 2013. Lifts unevenly, shakes like crazy when almost to the top, terrible customer service.
Cylinder bolts broke when bleeding, had to extract - small tiny replacement bolts w/ washer costs 15$ each and company would not even spring for overnight shipping. Two bolts cost me over 40$ for fedex ground shipping.

"Good value for the price"
Relatively quick shipping for the size. Packed well. Installation instructions were good and complete. Did read other folks proving feedback regarding leaks, I did not see any during the unloaded test lifts. Take your time, follow the instructions and you should be good. Good value at this price point. Good for weekend garage mechanics.
As an engineer, I appreciate them posting their calculations. Trust but verify is a good saying, especially when it's around your personal safety.
Good tips around regular maintenance in the manual as well.
