"Max jax mx6"
Let me start out by saying this is a great company. I ordered the MX6 lift and have been very pleased with it. Shipping was delayed a week and the shipping company was not the greatest. With that being said I have never been happy with any large shipments I have received. The shipping company was very disorganized and could not update me to the status of the shipment until the following week.
Assembly of the lift went as expected. There were a few burs on the lift that I had to file down for smooth free fittment. Also some of the powder coating had to be removed because placement of the lift arms was too tight. All minor things. I would rather have them be too tight and need minor filing or sanding than loose and wobbly. The standard anchors that come with the lift were also harder to install than expected. The ancores however work great!
A week after I bought the lift it went on sale. When I called them to order a longer hose for one side they refunded me the difference of the sale price. They also demonstrated great customer service every time I talked with them. I called in several times before purchasing and the representatives are knowledgeable about their products.
All negative things I experienced were minor and I would defiantly recommend this company to others!
I'm sure they could easily correct the issues I had but I'm sure the price point would need to change.

"The MX6 should be much better than it really is."
My review is really a story of my experience with the MX6 from the time of delivery to one week later. The delivery came on the day scheduled at a decent hour, so that worked out well. However, the MX6 came off the truck looking terrible. The shrink wrap was torn and the box that holds the pump was crushed, ripped open and the pump was partly exposed. I thought to myself "Here we go, an endless nightmare of shipping claims." Clearly the jack components had shifted on the pallet as well; there are scratches and sticker tears everywhere on the unit. So I and the driver assessed that although there was cosmetic damage for sure, the unit might be intact. And indeed, a complete inventory resulted in all parts accounted for. I began the assembly of the components, which went reasonably well. The pump cart illustration shows that the wheels should have washers, yet the washers supplied were too small to fit over the axle. Also, I think there is a mistake with regards to which bolts should fasten the proportioning valve versus those for the pump; they tell you to use the longer ones for the valve, which is absurd. The posts go together fairly well. However, again, the plumbing for the pressure lines is way off; only one 45 degree elbow is needed. If you construct the connectors as shown, you will end up with the quick connect directly over the center bolt hole. Also, there are no instructions on how to assemble the safety latches, just a picture showing their usage. That is a big miss.
But my biggest disappointment is the mounting hardware. Using the supplied Wej-its, I have one post that is rock solid with all 5 bolts holding 90 ft-lbs of torque and another post with only one bolt holding that torque; the rest have all pulled loose. These anchors are very unforgiving and do not tolerate any imperfection in the hole. I now have an unusable set of holes in the most perfect position for my jack and I am unsure of what I should do next; move it closer or farther away by 7 inches. Neither is ideal. I believe that if this unit is mounted well, it can be very reliable. I have learned that this is not something you can count on getting up and running in a weekend unless all of the stars line up perfectly in your galaxy. I wanted to give this jack a 5 star rating prior to receiving it because of the promise that it holds in allowing me to maintain my four cars with ease. But the reality is that it has flaws in documentation and installation for the home garage enthusiast that can really set you back in time and money.
Edit on 9/14/2017:
Since I posted this review, I was able to fix the installation issue I had with one post by going a size up with the concrete anchors and being very careful with the boring of the holes. That worked. I then mounted both posts, leveled and bled and leveled again to make sure all was right. I am happy to report that the lift has helped me with several large repairs over the past two weeks and it is delivering on its promise. I have repaired two Jeep Grand Cherokees, a Chevy Volt and a Dodge Challenger, all with success. I would ask Dannmar to update the user manual for sure. However, I have had contact with their customer support, and they are fantastic. Therefore, I have moved my rating up to 3 stars with this edit.

"Good Lift, Terrible Shipping"
The lift from MaxJax is great. We've already used it and the installation wasn't bad either. But the company they used for shipping, YCR Freight, was a terrible choice. It would have been faster, less stressful, and more convenient for me to drive to California (from Ohio) to pick it up myself. I had to have words with the company multiple times and ended up driving to pick the package up myself. Which was 20 minutes from the business it was supposed to be delivered to. And because of that, until they change the shipping company, no matter how bad I want something from MaxJax I will not be a returning customer.

"I never received my MaxxJaxx"
I never received my MaxxJaxx. After paying to have it delivered, they claimed they could not deliver it to my house because it was in a cul de sac. If I wanted it, I would have to rent a truck and drive 45 mins each way to some loading dock, and load it myself. Not what I paid for, I'll be asking for a refund
