"Poor response after the sale"

Poor response after the sale. No way to track order... couldn't make web site work. Ordered 11-23-17 and as I sit here now, I still have not received the car lift I ordered.

So far I have not had a good experience with this company nor the actual product. When I placed the order over the phone 11/7/2017 it was not addressed that some of the items were on back order and that it would take an additional 3 weeks before the lift would ship. Once it finally shipped on 11/27/17, it was 2 days late from the original "date of arrival posted." When the items finally arrived not only were both of the columns damaged (scratched and dented) but the hydraulic power unit and reservoir were lost in transit. So far I am not impressed with this company nor the Shipping company that they offer. Once I am able to actually use the product I will let everyone know of what I think. As it stands, based upon my own experience I would say "Do Not waste your time on this mfg!"

Helpful when you made the purchase or had any questions, but when it come it shipping the item it took them 3 weeks just to get it here especially since I paid for the lift on October 31st....I told them to hold off on shipping the lift til a week out. So that my husband would be able to clear out the garage. So my lift should of been put together and on hold for shipping. Instead I received a phone call saying a part to the lift was on back order. When it should have been prevented if they had put my lift on the side when I first ordered it on October 31st, so from my week hold to ship became 3 weeks to receive it.

"poor and uncaring customer service"

poor and uncaring customer service. ordered product on 11/08, called after ordering and told 2-3 day delay. no further contact. now on 11/28 tried to cancel order. they now claim it's with a 3rd party shipper and will be here tomorrow. I paid extra to be notified in advance. I was told my location, wasn't a problem when I ordered and paid all the extras for delivery.
so they did not keep me updated, they were no where on time, after 4 people it was you'll be 'overcharged' on restocking fees because of their poor service. when you pay for their so called 'better' service, you would assume it at least acceptable service. I copied your 'standard pricing' and the 'extras pricing' big difference and the person I talked with stated days, not weeks.

It has been over a week and the item still hasn't shipped. Unacceptable.

I ordered the MaxJax 3 weeks ago. I was contacted and informed one part was on back order, and the unit would ship in two weeks. I haven't heard a thing since then (8 days past the promised ship date), except numerous reminders to rate my experience.

Great service all around. Quinn was a great dude & had the answers to all my questions. Great hassle free experience this far! Cant wait until it arrives!

An order that should have arrived in five days was expected to be a few days late. Not wanting to cancel the crew scheduled to do work on my car lift, I called Quinn for help. A new order was shipped the same day, and arrived the next day! And GES covered the next day air charge! That's amazing service in this day and age.

I would recommend this product to anyone who has limited space to deal with. It took two of us approximately 4hrs to put together including measuring and squaring up the lift. Two minor things to mention, 1 the directions did not show the two springs which were part of the lock release which is attached to the backs of the two lift post were to be positioned but was easy to figure out once the unit was assembled. 2. when raising the lift, only lift the arms enough to engage the arms locking gears. I had to jiggle the arms to mesh the locking gears. You must make sure all 4 arms are engaged before the lift pads make contact with the vehicle. Other than that the unit works great!!!
