Bradly was the best resolving my problem. If it wasnt for him I wouldnt bought the product and gave them 1 star. Definitely he is the only one looking out for the company. Product wise it is well built and easy to assemble. instructions are not for the mechanically inclined I used the pictures to complete the assembly. But overall if you're looking for a garage lift this is the best out there.

Like the lift, but was disappointed in the delay in shipping. Also, when I ordered an additional set of epoxy anchors, they were delayed as well. You would think that these would be an off the shelf item.

first off I want to say the freight company FIRE BALL TRUCKING really made my experience no so well,my package was sent ti Williston VT and sat in warehouse for days with out someone reaching out to me.i called Thursday and they told me by Friday they would deliver,friday came no call so I called at 4:00 and was told next week it would be delivered,monday came still no package no call,so I called back on Wednesday thinking it would come then I was told that the driver got in a accident,package was suppose to come Friday by 4:00 and di dnot come till 7 and I told the company that I would be gone, so they came anyway and mu wife had to dress my 13 month old child up as its winter time and nobody has any respect for peoples time,so long story short I will NEVER order anything that will get shipped by YRC or FIREBALL as yrc was responsible for my package making it on time. I woukd like to thank everyone involved for the crappy service.my package came with the packaging damaged, I don't wanna even open it up as they should make it right with me the customer.

"No notification whatsoever that order was backordered"

The lift I ordered on November 20th is out of stock until January 5th, and this company couldn’t take the time to send me an email to let me know. To make matters even worse, they charged my debit card on the day if the order. Not a great way to start tha relationship with a new customer

"MX6 lift. Good Quality."

The lift is of good quality. Some of the hardware was missing but that was no problem. The instructions could have been a little more precise but once i looked at the problems i was having during assembly (especially the fittings on the bottom of the cylinders for the hoses) the assembly went smooth. Some problems on the initial lift. One cylinder was lagging behind about an inch. Called tech support and the lady talked me thru resolving the issue. She was very polite and curtious. The lift now lifts evenly and I am quite happy.
