Ordered a bolt kit, called the following week to see where my order was, was told that it will possibly ship out in another week, before I made the order I was told that they have it in stock, and that it ships next day, I canceled my order, then they told me it would be another week before they can process my cancellation. They also claim they use PayPal but there is no PayPal link during the checkout process, strike three you’re out, very shady business practices, will not ever do business with these people and I will tell everyone that I can how they do business.

Delivery driver arrived an hour after delivery time frame with no calls and when the lift was delivered it was poorly packaged and many or the danmar stickers and logo decals were scratched off.

From my experience ordering larger equipment, my order from MaxJax shipped much more quickly than I expected. It was well packaged and complete. Although I have yet to use the lift, all of the components appear to be of quality build and finish.

I just received my Maxjax MX6 lift yesterday. Only 24 hours later, my car is sitting 4 feet off the ground.
This product is exactly as described and promised. Delivery was only 4 days, lift gate service was to my garage door. I read every possible review and message board about this product before buying and most related all the problems. After installing myself, I will say I'm certain that the problems you read about on the internet are 99% user incompetence.
I've never drilled into concrete before, yet all my wej-it anchors set perfectly. If you simply follow the detailed instructions, there is no issue. I read 1000 times how the directions are sub standard and unclear- BS- learn to read! All parts were included and easy to identity. All the hydraulic fittings fit together easily and there were ZERO leaks. Again, not what I read in previous reviews.
I have already recommended to a few friends that they buy this product. It is a huge value at under $3000 all in- that even includes buying a $300 hammer drill I will probably never use again! (I'm sure my buddies will borrow it when they get theirs!)
I'm very pleased with quality of this product. If it holds up as well as it assembled, it will be a great asset to my home garage.
