"Great unit overall"

Shipping was on time and the product over all is great. The only things negitive are that one of the cart handles was bent pretty badly but had planned to mount the power unit to the wall anyway. I also think the fitting configuration going to the lift cylinders could be better is they used an extended nipples instead of a close nipples and just one of the 45s supplied pointing up at a more natural angle.

"Two post hoist"

I ordered the hoist around Christmas time based on a advertisement from one of the car magazines and a commitment for quick shipment. As it turned out the product was on backorder and it took a couple of months to be delivered. This product has far exceeded my expectation both in quality and features. It was relatively easy to install with no issues whatsoever. It works as claimed. My product rep, Bradley was great. He kept me posted on delivery date and after delivery he helped me order some accessories. ( I feel the reputation of the company is only as good as the quality of the people that take care of you after the sale. In this regard Bradley was great. ). I would recommend this for use to anybody with a low ceiling garage. It works as claimed, and the quality is evident.

Good product, bad freight carrier choice.

MaxJax makes an excellent product. Had there been fewer problems with the carrier they chose for my delivery, they would have received 5 stars. The carrier totally dropped-out on this one after failing to contact me for 3 days to schedule delivery. I had to call MaxJax customer Service and get them to coerce the carrier into returning calls to schedule the delivery. Finally, after sitting on a trailer at their terminal for 5 days, it arrived at the house. The truck driver was very helpful and courteous, and was the middle-man that allowed the carrier to salvage a bad situation.

"Ordered in December told first week of…"

Ordered in December told first week of January then called back and was told not till 2nd week of February when I received it.They gave me a 8 gallon oil drain pan and epoxy bolt kit for waiting.
The MX 6 performs well.The only problem was the axle on the cart is off centered and the left wheel barely fit on .I called and txt pictures. To them haven't heard back yet will call this next week.
Got a reply from Max Jax they are sending out a new cart bottom with wheels .

Simply, wow. Ordered online, was delivered in 4 days. Questions asked before delivery were promptly answered. Delivery company contacted me a day ahead to arrange delivery time. Delivery person even pulled the unit up my driveway and into the garage as it was raining that day. You can't ask for better customer service.

Ordered the lift on line, and that was a good experience. The chat feature was nice. A couple days after the order I got a call from the folks letting me know the lift would be in the following week. So, I don't have the lift yet but the customer service has been top notch so far.
