What a fantastic company !!
I have bought 2 covers from this company for my last 2 caravans ideal for protecting your caravan over the winter. Took my cover off this week after one of the worst winters we have had in years.No problem but over the winter a couple of the bottom corner protectors had come loose and been lost.
Simple phone call to customer services and in 24 hours, 4 new replacements and 4 new awning channel stoppers which they now supply with the covers to stop the corner protectors coming out were sent. All free of charge! Customer service or what. If you want a cover these are the people to use

"Fantastic PROTEC COVERS."

I had a couple of issues with the purchase of a caravan towing front cover, I telephoned Protec customer service and spoke to Peter who has been absolutely Fantastic through the problem that I had, his knowledge and expertise was second to none, and to be honest, what a really nice guy! Nothing was to much trouble.

Brilliant company, superb service from first contact with Millie, right up to delivery and fitting, I made a couple of suggestions for slight improvements to pole/D ring fitting, comes off very easily. But overall very, very satisfied with the whole experience of Pro Tec covers. Why only 4 stars? I never give top marks as an insensitive to keep improving.

"ProTec vs Specialised covers"

Protec provided excellent customer service and a great quality product. Delivery was expedited within a few days! Would highly recommend especially over another 'specialist' brand who refused to repair a defect on a previous (less than 2 yrs old) cover when the stitching came away and instead recommended that I "buy some evo-stick glue"! I will certainly buy Protec again.

Saw Protec at the Manchester motorhome show. Made contact and placing the order was very efficient and the cover was delivered quite quickly. Bad weather held up cleaning and putting it on but now that we have done that we are very pleased. We have a modified bike rack for a tandem and the cover copes with that well.

Cover ordered at the Manchester Caravan and Motorhome show and delivered promptly. Not fitted immediately as caravan needed washing. My wife and I fitted the cover without any problems .It fitted well and looks good. We got the cover on just in time to protect the van from the worst of the weather ( snow, frost and gales! ) and it has done its job very well.

"Great motorhome full cover"

I ordered a full easy fit cover for my motorhome at the end of January 2018, I was sent an e-mail with a form to fill out for measurements as I needed a pocket to fit the satellite tv dome, I completed the form and also supplied photos, I had an e-mail straight back to advise all ok and would get my cover in 3 to 4 weeks. 2 and half weeks later I had an e-mail to advise delivery, so 3 weeks to the day from when I ordered the cover, it arrived on my door step by DPD. I did not fit the cover right away as the motorhome needed washing and I was waiting for a dry day to do it, we managed to fit the cover on February 18th, now I know this was the first time we had got the cover out of the bag and the first time we had fitted the cover, and knew it would take longer than normal, but it took 2 hours to fit, the main problem was the poles that were supplied, they were not man enough or long enough for the job. ( motorhome is a Auto trail Delaware which is 8 mtrs long and over 3 mtrs to the top of the satellite dome ) The poles kept bending because the weight of the cover for a large motorhome, the video on Protec's site shows fitting a caravan cover, which I am sure is fine, but not a large motorhome, I ended up getting tall steps out and with help from my wife, I managed to drag the cover over, the other problem was trying to get the straps from one end to the other on a 8 mtr motorhome. The cover is on and doing a great job in this winter weather. I would not hesitate ordering another Protec cover, they just need to sort out the poles that are supplied to fit the cover.

We bought a full cover and a tow cover for our caravan from Protec and whilst the first full cover did not fit properly, Protec went out of their way to re-make another cover which fitted perfectly! A Protec rep came out to our caravan and ensured no further costly mistakes by measuring it on site.
