"worst supplier"

after three and half years the inside of the cover went green making the caravan green pro tec did not want to know.
Bought a new caravan in February so ordered another new cover to protect the caravan in June (with a discount) at the Caravan Rally . It arrived August but we left it until end of season as we were out in the caravan until October before we opened to fit it.
It was easily about 1 metre too long so we boxed it up and it went back.
A replacement did not arrive until late December and when that arrived that was as large as the one we sent back.We had made several call trying to get this sorted but they did not return the calls.
It has taken until this week (end of Jan) to finally get the correct size.
Very disappointing!!!

Other than a slightly extended delivery time, possibly down to a misunderstanding, all is good. We have a special edition van and we had much discussion as to the exact base van, but got there in the end.
Lovely sunny day..19th jan so fitted new canopy..Good job

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! they are totally incompetent, If I could give no stars I would!
Ordered a towing cover early Nov 17 & told 4 weeks delivery, 5 weeks on I called to be told "its being finished & will be sent out over the next few days, 1 week goes by, I call again this time to be told they are not making towing covers until the new year & haven't started it! I kick up a stink about the lies, delivery time & that no one calls back! & they promise to get it sent out ASAP.
It arrives,,,,,,, but LOW & BEHOLD it doesn't fit! "oh send it back we will alter it" they say
I Don't think so "come & get it & I will have a refund"
I had to call them to chase up why they hadn't collected it & i'm still chasing them for the refund, SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

We were about to take delivery of large Motorhome at the end of October, so we were looking for a cover to protect it .Pro-tech offered a speedy delivery and it looked like a good probuct. We ordered one at NEC this October after comparing the others it was not the cheapest but we are trusting it not too damage our Motorhome.
It arrived on time and it fits very well, a little difficult to fit but remember our Motorhome is a bit on the large side.
The easy fit poles are inadequate for the size of the cover but I have been promised an up grade when available.
We are very pleased with the cover and would recommended Pro-Tech covers to anyone considering buying one.
The staff are friendly and efficient.

Second time I have purchased a Pro tec cover and I would certainly purchase again if I ever need to. Sales team are really helpful and do everything you ask them to do even if it's chasing the works to rush the job out. Great team excellent company.

Oh dear where do I start . Waited nearly 3 months for my cover, in the end sent a letter to manager . They informed me that they could not find a vehicle same as mine anywhere. My new vehicle is a Autosleeper Broadway , very common British model. After they received my letter (which they say they had not received ) a lady phoned me and offered me £30 to take my vehicle to their factory for it to be measured. I live approx 170 miles round trip , very disappointed with their service this time as I am a repeat customer who will go somewhere else in future . This company does not appreciate loyal repeat customers

I bought both a towing cover and winter cover at the same time. Both are everything that I had hoped for. Both are really good snug fits. Both are very well made in good quality materials. Solar panel window in the right place, door also exactly where it should be.
Good products. Good company to deal with.

A company you could talk to which made ordering easy. Very pleased with the product, individually made as required. A problem with fitting poles resulted in an apology and two replacements for the one which broke was immediate. Would use again.
