"No help received"

I was charged $25, did not receive help or a prescription. I was able to self diagnose and the provider agreed, yet did not prescribe. I had to turn around and go to an in person facility and pay another $25 fee on the same day for the same diagnosis.

"total BS service and company"

total BS service and company, dont waste your time see a normal doctor. Used it a few times for convenience and it was total disaster. They cannot do prescriptions or any tests. Chat GPT is better doctor than this joke telehealth.

"Poor service"

I had an appointment scheduled for 5pm on Wednesday February 7th. I tried going online to cancel and couldn't get into my account because I couldn't remember my username. I tried to have it recovered but the Email I received didn't have it. I called at 4:55pm on February 6th which is more than 24 hours in advance. By the time I my call was answered and I got verified it was past 5pm which is beyond my control. Because of the representative on the other end of the phone not canceling the appointment I got charged a $50 late fee. When I called about this charged they said it was because I didn't give 24 hour notice. When I explained the situation the representative on the other end of the phone said that regardless of what happened it wasn't cancelled within 24 hours and I will not be refunded my money. I called this ripping off your patients. I will never use this service again due to this terrible experience.

"Lacking."

Selected a 1:00pm appointment, only to find out I was supposed to do my own timezone calculation and therefore missed what was really a 12:00pm appointment by 11 minutes and was charged $50.00 for the missed appointment. When making my appointment, there was nothing stated about timezone adjustments or changes and that should be something that is made very clear to avoid people losing $50.00 plus the initial fee they paid to schedule the appointment. Highly disappointed that even when I called customer service no one could help with the situation.

"Terrible therapist"

I have been seeing a therapist on their site for a year. He has never been Mr.Congeniality but the last session I had with him he verbally abused me and made me want to end it. Over and over he kept saying the same hurtful things. I begged him to stop, but he said no, he wanted me to hear it. I have never been a person that cried but I can't stop now and can't get past it. I have no idea how to recover from this.

"This place is a joke"

This place is a joke. I’ve tried to make 3 appointments all three of which I could not connect with. When I finally get logged on after a Rep promised they can refill a prescription and then the doctor refuses. I’ve now called 3 times to get a refund and each time they put me on hold for 5 minutes and then Hang up on me. Will be disputing with my credit card company and bank.

"I had been sick for almost three weeks"

I had been sick for almost three weeks, and I had been diagnosed with RSV the week before I called. My normal doctor told me to contact her if I wasn’t better by Friday because she would give me antibiotics. I could not get in contact so I tried MDLIVE. I tried to explain everything to him, length of illness, what my doctor had said, low blood oxygen, tightness in chest, etc. He told me I just needed to finish the steroids. I just left my normal doctor and I have pneumonia.

"My Psychiatrist just disappeared!!!"

I started with MD Live several months ago. After about the 4th month my Psychiatrist just didn't show up for my appointment, and I was told that they have hundreds of thousands of providers, and they have no idea where my provider went. As if that response made all the sense in the world. That was the beginning of the end with them. By month six I was over it and went to a local office who offers telehealth. At least they have an office I can go to!

"VIolates HIPPA"

Updated 12/29: even though MD Live claims to care about its customers, all I got from the email address below was the same "standard" response telling me to call their helpline, which denied my request. MD Live simply doesn't care that it's violating federal regulations.

I called the number to get access to my son's medical record, as I am entitled to. However, I was told that since he was on my ex-wife's insurance (even though we share custody), I could not access it. When I told them it was a violation of federal regulations, they didn't even seem interested. Please stay away from this company and do not let them examine your children, as they will not hesitate to violate the law to avoid sharing their records.

Several attempts to contact them, either by phone or email, has met with the same response. They did not even bother to escalate this matter. I suppose my last option is to hire a lawyer to sue the company.

"Awful customer service."

Awful customer service.
Obviously they offload to people that are just there for basic and I mean basic support. They will hang up on you and say they don’t know several times. Super frustrating and not worth it.
