"Waste of money"
Paid for a visit with MDlive for a toothache because it’s Sunday and my doctor isn’t open and I can’t deal with the pain any longer. After waiting a little over an hour for the phone call and 80$ later the doctor tells me she cannot prescribe an antibiotic. All she could give me is ADVICE, which is free on the internet. I literally just flushed 80$ down the toilet.. I would never recommend this site.

"Horrible providers"
Please DON’T USE this HORRIBLE SERVICE. There are many other options, so don’t waste your time or money. I was recently diagnosed with an infant rash, and I’m obviously a grown up. Also, they will send meds with the HIGHEST COPAY or that your insurance, and most others, DO NOT COVER, they are probably getting kick backs from suppliers and pharmacy’s. I have even requested a cheaper option and was refused, stating there was no other option, which was a straight lie.

"They are completely USELESS!!!!"
They are completely USELESS!!!!! Third time using them to avoid having to leave the house sick and go to an urgent care. They are clearly biased covid bs doctors. I DONT HAVE COVID!!!! I have an upper respiratory infection with an ear infection my PERIOD! I’m not an idiot. Don’t tell me to get echinacea! Don’t tell me I should have another Covid test! I know my body and what I have. Totally useless service with crappy doctors! Don’t tell me you don’t treat prophylactically. I’m not asking for that. I was very clear what it was.

"Not worth the money"
I live in the horrendous state of New Mexico where there is absolutely NO medical doctors available. I tried MD Live through Obama Care (which I pay highly for). I waited for about 40 minutes (even though it said 10 minutes). No one every came on to assist me and then they sent me an email stating I had missed my appointment all the while waiting for someone to come on. Waste of money

"I do not recommend them to my patients"
I do not recommend them to my patients. Their care is inappropriate. Antibiotics for sore throats and the wrong ones at that. If all you want is an antibiotic for everything then this is the site for you.

"Had a tooth infection- needed…"
Had a tooth infection- needed Amoxicillin ASAP- quick tele visit with the Doc- he asked all the right questions and confirmed my self diagnosis. Quick trip to the local pharmacy and infection has subsided considerably. Just need to finish the course of tablets and I'm good to go!

"The worst doctor's all work at MDLIVE."
The worst doctor's all work at MDLIVE.
The call drops everytime you speak with a doctor
after explaining everything.
The doctor never calls back,
and you have to start again.
Every doctor you get is rude and just wants to get off the phone quickly without resolving your issue.
How can you prescribe flu medication without testing me for a flu?

"Dr. Kenneth Robert McElynn & MD Live Sucks"
Dr. Kenneth Robert McElynn, MD is a stereotypical medical professional who dismissed every piece of valuable information, from mold exposure to an overgrowth of bad bacteria, blaming my age, my anxiety, and maybe my gallbladder, saying, "You're at the right age for stress to be the culprit to your bloating and GI distress." MD Live told me that he could order a SIBO test that my medical dietician needs for me. He said that wasn't on the list of items he could prescribe. He told me to take care and get my stress under order, and things should get better for me in the gut department. What a complete waste of my time and money. Not to mention trying two times to connect to him, waiting four days to get a visit, and MD Live trying to charge me for a missed visit on the first attempt when he was on the call and hung up on me during the video conference because I couldn't hear him. I had to completely reschedule and fight to ensure I wasn't charged twice. Dr. McElynn, you are one of the reasons why I don't trust doctors—blowing me off because I'm almost 50 and using my mention of anxiety as a weapon against me instead of listening to me. You could have told me from the get-go that you couldn't prescribe a SIBO test. Instead, I had to listen to you tell me I needed to get my stress under order and imply I was doing this to myself. Sadly, you suck and lack empathy, which is missing from most medical professionals these days. I want everyone to know that and think twice about talking to you.

"Always rushed, never prescribe"
Always rushed to give over the counter meds. Tried 3 years in a row and they will never prescribe anything.
