"Garbage"
Garbage. Serious garbage just like the American health care system. This is the epitome of the incompetence of why we need socialized healthcare. Charge $$$ and waste your time.

"This is the worst telehelath service I…"
This is the worst telehelath service I have used! The app is completely non user friendly and so out of date. I had an appt scheduled and was on the phone when the Dr called, missed the called by a few seconds and they don't even call you again, you have to reschedule automatically and shes not even available for over a week! Mind you this has been nerve wrecking already due to getting abnormal lab results and now to have to wait to discuss for like 10 more days is just insanity! And I can't reschedule visits on the app, I have to call the 888 number and tell them I want to reschedule and then soneone has to call me back???? If that isnt the most inconvenient thing! You can only schedule initial appointments on the app. It's so confusing and the customer service is also non helpful. The reps are non knowledgeable about the app and you get told different things every time you call. I won't use it anymore going forward, it's been a nightmare to say the least!!!!!

"Medical Records are incorrect and filled with errors"
1st visit was a success, easy and straight forward with a nice doctor that listened and seemed to care about me and actually had personal experience with my issue. I questioned why I would even go back to standard PCP's.
2nd visit was for urgent care to ask for STAT labs, was told they can't order STAT labs. This phone call lasted around 2 minutes and hung up and still had to pay.
3rd visit was a total disaster. The doctor (different from the first) was abrasive and didn't understand my history. She wrote in my medical records things that were incorrect and untrue things which involved the phone call that took place as well as incorrectly stating my diagnosis and lab results. I'm using this as a referral to an in-person provider and I already anticipate headaches as I'll have to correct what this doctor put in my records. She also did not have her video on which came off rude and impersonal. I didn't even bring up all the issues I wanted to mention because the visit was rushed and felt like I was bothering the doctor.

"Privacy breached and wrong calculation by MD led to overdose."
HIPAA, HITECH and major security breaches. Failed incident reporting process. And my child was OVERDOSED! On June 2, 2023 a MD attempted to connect to session. His webcam was turned off and he refused to turn it on. I heard a lot of strange background noise, like he was in a club. This doctor called me. I pressed him on the issue of where he was connecting from and he said, "a restaurant." This was AFTER he spoke loudly about my child's personal health information and told me he had pulled up the picture I uploaded to MD Live. I asked him to cancel the appointment. I was connected to a different MD Live doctor. She was nice and got my child started on medicine. When my son developed serious side effects, I contacted MD Live again. Guess who they put me with? The guy who connected to me from a club! I had to call back and request a 4th doctor. This doctor told me the doctor who had prescribed medicine overdosed my child by calculating things incorrectly. Minimized my concerns, gave us more medicine and the boilerplate "follow up with your PCP." For as much as MDs make fun of "mid-levels" and nurse practitioners they sure seem to do a lot of questionable things themselves. It clearly seems like these doctors treat this job as easy side money and don't care about privacy, quality or safety. Will never use MD Live again and am going to complain to the OCR and medical boards. Atrocious.

"Rude and Unhelpful"
Much like others here, my insurance uses MDLIVE.COM and unfortunately, the service is so bad that I still have to go elsewhere if I need telemedicine. They are absolutely useless. Also, like several other people have mentioned, several of the doctors they use are very abrasive and disrespectful. It's been a couple of months since I requested a consultation and I will never use them again; I've had too many bad experiences. The last consult, I needed my breathing treatment medication because there had been an ongoing issue with the pharmacy not getting the dosage right and the issue is resolved now but the doctor wanted to argue about her feelings that I have heart problems. It was irrelevant to the medical need because I am aware of my medical problems and have appointments lined up with specialists. They still charged me and I had to end up going through another provider. They act like you are trying to get narcotics for any type of medication. It's ridiculous that we pay for a consultation with a provider that is more focused on being difficult and combative that helpful.

"Scam Healthcare App"
Red Flag #1:There is no unsuscribe for MDLive #2: Successfully takes credit card information and sends a link to my email to "click" then promptly says I'll be charged $1.00 but they can't validate the same email.
I hate doing business online. Make it safer. #3:The Mandrilla.app is behind this MD fiasco out of Miramar Florida. Watch it guys I dont suffer fools.

"Doctors are garbage"
Doctors are garbage. One marked our visit as complete without contacting me and one prescribed a medication for the second time that I had been calling the company regarding for almost 24 hours to request an alternative medication as my pharmacy does not carry the medication he initially prescribed. He prescribed the same medication that the pharmacy doesn’t carry and I had to start the process all over again. Customer service reps are the sweetest! Except Ginger she was rude. The providers don’t do any prior authorization for the medications they prescribe to get meds covered by insurance.

"Terrible service. Don’t waste your money here"
Terrible service. The quality of the video call is awful and the doctor doesn’t seem prepared. He seems like he just wanted to end the call as soon as posible, didn’t give me any real solution. I will just have to go to the urgent care. Please don’t waste your money here.

"MD was a no show after the scheduled appt time"
First visit had it scheduled for over a week, got reminders via text and emails including one at the 15 min prior mark. Only to be waiting for that call for 10 min to then discover the MD was a no show and they sent me an email cancelling after the time was to start.
Poor experience and when I called i was told sometimes the Dr's personal or professional calendars do no sync with MD live's. What? how can you possibly schedule if that is the case. I do nto recommend this service to anyone

"Do not waste your time. The worst service!"
Needed a Dr. last night (in the middle of the night). Daughter nausea and vomiting. Contacted MD Live to have someone help us. On hold for over 2 hours. Then finally to that an appointment would be scheduled for 7:30am. They never called back. Called back only to be on the phone with a person who's command of the english language was not good. Asked for supervison, then placed on hold for 23 mintues, followed by a message that I would be called back.
When will I be called back????????
This service is pointless.
I will now contact Cigna and voice my strong concern about your service.
You can be sure I will not attempt to use your service ever again.
