"Doctors cancel appointment on same day"
Doctors cancel appointment on same day. Happened to me twice, I am 0 for 2 , their relationship with their doctors seems tenuous at best…

"Takes less time to go to the ER"
Canceled three appointments with me only to find out even though they advertise in Ky and my insurance pushes them, they have no providers in the state. It’s just easier to go to the ER.
Updated: So I've emailed customer service and in fact they don't have providers in KY. Yes they advertise in the state, and contract with Humana here but they have no providers in the state. Seems Humana pays them for a service they cannot provide.

"Website has major issues"
I can research to find an MD, book appointment and drive to appointment in less time than it takes to navigate mdlive website. Horrible experience!

"Not a scam, but couldn't help me."
They couldn't treat me but after learning they refunded my money. I cant say more but I can say it wasnt a scam. I'd return if I needed treatment they offer.

"Impatient, pompous, rude and condescending providers!"
Overall I found the majority of the doctors and one therapist to be rude and condescending. What could be causing this? One dr. freaked out during a session and said I was talking too much. Another was rude from the onset and then softened up. One therapist was 20 minutes late to our session and was surprised I left. The worst one was a therapist who seemed kind and empathetic but was furious that I had much more serious issues going on! He only wanted to treat one issue and then basically pushed me away because of my multiple issues making it seem like I was a trickster!! He ruined my trust if therapists for life. Imagine a therapist is angry because the patient has many serious issues he didn’t want to hear about. He is still there on the staff despite my phone calls to complain about him. Unbelievable.

"Therapist just didn't bother to show"
I was supposed to have an appointment this morning with a therapist I have been seeing the last 2 months, but he never showed up. He has been late and distracted, but he always showed. I didn't get a message or email explaining what happened. I was on the MDLIVE website a little while ago and saw he was in session. So I guess he is dumping me by just not showing up. He scheduled two more appointments for the next two weeks So I am assuming he will be a no show for those too. This is not the way you should treat your customers. Please don't tell me to contact customer service I already emailed them about this and got no answer.

"follow up"

"Very Bad Service!!!"
I called 3 times to MDLIVE with the same problem congestion in my sinus and they didn’t prescribed any antibiotics. The last time when I call MDLIVE I had one month with congestion and phlegm and they didn’t prescribed me a good medicine or any antibiotics that I can feel better. In fact, I finished went to the Emergency Room and finally they prescribed me the antibiotics. I think they have really bad service and you’re wasting your time.

"I’ve used MDLive several times over the…rudest Dr ever!"
I’ve used MDLive several times over the years through my Cigna Insurance. I had an appt today through this service with the rudest, most abrasive, not empathetic or caring so called Dr I’ve ever spoke to in my life. She jumped to conclusions, made insinuating comments that another Dr was basically incompetent, and refused to even listen to the extent of my personal situation. I ended the call, not because she refused to give me an antibiotic, but because of her blatant loud rudeness. Other Drs, by the way, disagree with her rude evaluation of me

"They cannot prescribe anxiety…"
They cannot prescribe anxiety medicines, even though I put down explicitly that's what my problem was, and that is what the psychiastrist found. Then, I find out that they changed my insurance to one I don't have and claim they never took my insurance to begin with. I wouldn't have signed up for it if I knew they did. It seems like this place is a complete scam.
