"Farewell Benjamin"
I was given an appointment time and then minutes after the scheduled appointment, it was cancelled. I got another provider to call me and they were extremely unprofessional; unfortunately had no knowledge of anything medically related- only the guidelines of what they were not allowed to do. I understand procedures and guidelines but this was ‘we cannot change medications’ - but I can’t pay for an expensive now uninsured drug because a new year rolled around and I have new insurance. I understand you won’t even look at the uploads I made in the file - that might take some effort. Waste of time and good luck - pay before service and kiss that hundred bucks goodbye
UPDATE FEBRUARY 6, 2023
I followed up with the organization as requested at the email address supplied in their response. After an additional two weeks wait was an essential response to inform me that they had received my complaint and I can go kick rocks.
This is the highest and best description of institutionalized medicine wrapped in a pretty wrapper called a new experience. Idea for MDLIVE, hire some actual patients as test monitors to review your processes and insure the quality of service is high and pick up a JDPower award for healthcare professionals.

"You can never connect"
I tried the video test 2 days beforehand and then called their support. They said it should work on the day of the appointment. It didn't. When Iogged in on the day of the appointment, they wanted far more information than they initially asked over the phone and when I couldn't give them exact dates, the page would never move on. I got caught in a loop and finally closed out the page and relogged in. I got a screen showing the doctor's name and a connect button. I kept clicking that button to no avail. The video portion of the screen did not ever work. So, after the appointment time had passed, I got a call from MD Live saying that I had missed the appointment and if I still wanted to talk to the doctor, to press 1. I pressed 1 and got crickets. No one ever answered the phone. I got up at 5:30 am CST to make this appointment which was made on a somewhat emergent basis. It plain doesn't work and I would advise anybody to pass this up. Frustrating to no end.

"Absolutely no there 4 or 5 star is…"
Absolutely no there 4 or 5 star is trash I have been trying to see someone about a condition but yet has seen someone about it they do not care about no one seems like nobody really does not like back in the older days before the Planned demic now all these companies look at us as $s and not need help they do not give two fu**s about us they only care about themselves and there pockets and how much they can line there pockets with are money they don't give two f**ks about us I have been trying to be seen by someone for 8 9 months now so if I could give the MDLIVE A 0 I would but you can only give them a 1 which is a load of s**t

"Horrible"
Horrible. You can’t contact the provider, even after having 3 telehealth visits. They don’t take basic insurance. When you have to reschedule an appointment, you have to call customer service who then contacts the provider. Horrible, outdated service. They constantly ask you to reconfirm the credit card numbers, even though you paid previously and the information is online. I would not recommend for patients or providers.

"The worst I've experienced"
The worst I've experienced. My insurance specifically covers appointments with MDLive, yet they charged me the non-insurance price. When calling their customer service, they tell me they can't verify my coverage and have to contact my insurance, which I do, and I speak to the MDLive rep at my insurance company, and they say I'm covered and to conatct MDLive back and tell them, yet when I actually have an appointment, they say they can't verify my insurance. It's just a continual cycle between MDLive customer service, my insurance, and the MDLive rep at my insurance. I gave up after 2 months of trying to get them all aligned.
Also, I've emailed their customer service for other items, and I've yet to get any assistance or replies back. My old insurance covered Teledoc, which is so much better than MDLive. I wish I could go back.

"Hours of waiting.. you will be kept in the dark"
I contacted them for my kids consultation as it was late in the night. They said and the signed up system said the wait time is 10 minutes or less. But from start to now I have been on wait for 2 hours now. Called the customer care and they tell me that they have no way of seeing how many people are ahead of me or how much time it takes. Their system is blindsiding, gave false information and I am not going to use them again.

"Consult not covered by Cigna medicare supplement"
Company is listed as MDLive for Cigna, but didn't confirm that my Cigna supplemental ins plan covered this visit. I have now spent over an hour on the phone with MD live and Cigna trying to resolve this. Cigna has never heard of them. I am totally befuddled . Definitely do not use unless They clearly acknowledge that your insurance covers the consult.

"A colossal waste of time"
This was a colossal waste of time. 4 hours spent trying to simply get a prescription filled. The medical consult took 4 mins. The Dr gave very little information then called in a drug known to be very ineffective. 3 calls to MDlive, a trip to the pharmacy where I found out they had called in the incorrect drug and finally a phone call from someone claiming to be a nurse to say they won’t be changing the prescription. Will never use this service again. They are extremely inept and unresponsive.

"Not off to a good start."
Not off to a good start.
My PCP recently moved to another city so I was stuck looking for a new PCP, went through mycigna to find one and found that I could see a PCP online, which is more convenient. I created my profile, inputted my HSA card to pay for visits, and scheduled a visit with a PCP by the name Dr. Amer Sayed. Upon appointment time, I logged in about 10 minutes early and waited. At appointment time, my screen changed as if the doctor had finally logged in, my camera turned on (when you schedule you have to test your camera and mine was working fine) and then not 5 seconds later, it goes back to another screen and says "thank you for your visit today, a consult report will be ready shortly"....I never saw the dr! So I called the customer service line, they apologized and said I wasn't charged but that if I wanted I could still be seen by phone, I said that would be fine and it would be today. She then tells me I need to input my card information again and its a secure line, so she puts me on hold and then comes back and the automated system says for me to input my card info and press pound, which I did, and nothing happened, I waited, and waited, and nothing. Asked if the rep was still on the other line, silence.....so I go back to my online account and nothing is available for today until after the weekend, So I found another dr who had visits available for Monday, it shows 3 times slots and then a spot to where it says "click for more time slots" so I click on that and the next page says "sorry this dr doesn't have any appointments available....lol ok. Im not making this up.....SO....I find another dr, and she has appointments but not til Tuesday, so I say the heck with it, might as well, so I begin the process of scheduling it, when I get to the part where I need to input my card info and initial that I authorize everything, I click on continue and it says "your transaction is declined" problem is my card is fine, its an HSA card that has over $700 in it. The appointment is only $25 dollars. This experience has been one for the books. Doubt I ever use them again. Id rather sit in a lobby for hours than have to deal with this again.

"Worst Customer Service Experience"
My health care provided works with MDLive for telehealth services. Once I was transferred to MDLive customer support, the experience was horrible. The lady I spoke with was rude to the point she said she didn't know why I was speaking with her. I asked to speak with her manager and she hung up on me.
