"Quick replacement of a wrong item"
I buy coffee and tea from Whittard. The taste is really rich and full. The best coffee. Recently I had a wrong item in my parcel and Sarann from their Customer Service quickly arranged a replacement for free. I am waiting for my order now and hope to enjoy my favourite coffee soon. Thanks for your help!

Excellent customer service! I seem to have had the same problem as others, where I was meant to have free delivery and Yodel simply dropped the ball and never bothered to come down our drive. The Whittard's customer service rep replied quickly and immediately sorted the delivery problem (by using DPD instead).

First time I visited this store I fell in love. I was very pleased to learn that I was able to order my favorite tea online and have it shipped to the US! With their new points system, I was able to claim points from my previous order with their prompt assistance! This is definitely my go to place for coffee, tea, and hot cocoa!

"Amazing customer service!"
When the delivery notification arrived for my recent order, I realised that I had mistyped the delivery postcode. Whittards customer service replied to my email very quickly and contacted the courier to correct the error. Sadly, the delivery seemed to get stuck with the courier. Whittards then raised a new order and even said I could keep the original if it turned up. The second order arrived broken (courier threw it in a bin!) but then the first order turned up. Throughout the whole process Whittards were prompt, courteous, helpful and kind, especially given that none of the problems were of their making. I would heartily recommend them. Thank you!
