"Delivery issues spoil years of custom"
I was extremely disappointed with the non delivery of my order of coffee beans which I paid for nearly 3 weeks ago online. Whittard used Yodel for this delivery. Yodel repeatedly said my parcel is with Whittard. I have used Whittard for many years and bought a lot of coffee from them. It is good coffee. After multiple emails and a threat to enforce my consumer rights, Whittard arranged a replacement order to be sent by DPD and it arrived the next day as is my normal experience with DPD. But buyer beware. Your coffee may not arrive if you qualify for free delivery and that delivery is handed to Yodel.

Went to the Trentham store on 15/08/2024. Good range of products which are available to taste. Was assisted by a young man who was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Gave us lots of useful information. Will definitely be returning.

"Broken"
Het dekseltje van mijn prachtige theeset “Alice in Wonderland” is helaas gebroken. Ik stuurde een email naar Whittard met de vraag of ze een nieuw dekseltje konden leveren, natuurlijk tegen betaling. Maar dat is niet mogelijk. Bizar! Nu moet ik een compleet nieuwe set kopen.

"Lovely customer service, even better tea"
I have been ordering tea from Whittard since 2017. A recent purchase was rather late, to no fault of Whittard, but I contacted customer service to see if they could help. They responded within hours with a solution. I had my order, plus an extra tea, in no time. I will continue my absolute adoration for Whittard and their wonderful teas!

"Very Disappointed "
Went in looking for a gift before my flight at Gatwick Airport. Met with a rude man. I had a lot of change to use up before I leave London, I gave him all my change but his behaviour was so rude, he huffed and puffed and sighed before counting my change. When I was walking away he slammed his hand on the counter. Very disrespectful behaviour from him, I did not have a good experience.

Purchased Matcha coconut tea and have been waiting months for it to come back in stock. Sent an email to customer service who gave no explanation of when it would be back in stock. I did however say that one of their staff members had given excellent customer service. My email was not read correctly and I doubt the only good positive encounter with the company will not be rewarded, for her excellent service. I won’t be buying from Whittards again, as they cannot keep up with supply and demand and don’t seem to care about their staff or customers.

Very good ordering experience from overseas in US. Angelina and other staff helped track my package, had a little difficulty with FedEx. Nicely packaged arrived safely and intact, and in a timely manner.

Whittard's coffee is the only coffee I drink! Recently customer service officer Salma couldn't have been more helpful in arranging the re-delivery of 4 packs of my favourites, Santos & Java and Monsoon Malabar that had gone astray.
