I had an issue receiving a parcel from Whittards which had been despatch via Yodel. I spoke to their customer services and a replacement order is being dispatched today using a different carrier and will be with me tomorrow. Whilst hiccups are never great the way they are dealt with speaks volumes - and this was dealt with painlessly and has ensured my continued business with them.

I always enjoy Whittard products. Ordering them from the UK for US shipment would seem a bit complex, however. But I want FRESH product so I would prefer to buy direct from the UK rather than from an unknown Amazon reseller.
I did have a problem with my most recent order. They forgot to include one of my boxes. HOWEVER, I contacted customer service and I received a very courteous reply the NEXT DAY. I provided a photo of invoice and shipment and they reshipped the missing product immediately. NO HASSLE. And delightful English courtesy from Sophia. Wow. Leaves me very willing to order again from Whittard Online. Thanks, Sophia!

After being bitterly disappointed with the service and eventual loss of my parcel, from Yodel, I emailed Whittards on the Sunday afternoon.
Monday I received a very apologetic and concerned, although no fault of theirs, email from Sophie in customer service.
My replacement parcel has already been dispatched next day delivery with a different courier.

Olivia assured me I would still get the free offer that was only showing after I had paid for my order. if it arrives 5 star customer service but as a web design it befyddles me I don't get the free samples and what not online even though I spend 4X the amount I would instore, if I could get to one! It seams strange to prevent higher spenders from sampling things they might go on to buy. But olivia was swift and polite. Thank you

Incredibly thoughtful service, I recently used Whittards corporate gifting services after many years of being an avid tea fan myself treating our staff members to these delicious products felt so right. I made an enquiry through an online form and then came Sophie their corporate gifting exec who truly couldn’t have done more for us. She made what’s normally a daunting Christmas task an absolute breeze. I didn’t think I would have much communication after I had place the order but Sophie made sure to keep me updated and was dedicated in making sure I had the best service possible. I will definitely be recommending this service to our neighbouring offices, great product supported by a truly fantastic team. Thank you whittards.
