Item was delivered broken and return to sender. I emailed Sophie (Customer Advisor) who promptly emailed me by return & sent another item to me within an hour. Wish there were more companies & staff like this. Thank yo.

I had bought some coffee for part of my dads birthday present. But when he opened the box, we discovered that the one of the bags had not been ground. it was just beans.
So i emailed Whittards and got a standard email back saying they would be in touch within 2 days. A few hours later i had an email from Sophie apologising and saying that a new pouch of coffee had been dispatched and that we could just keep the original bag of beans as well.
Couldnt have asked for anything more, excellent customer service Sophie.

She helped sort the issue I had with my package that had just arrived and made the whole situation less stressful for me.

My package arrived damaged with hot chocolate coming out of the box. Emailed Sophie who was fantastic and another box of hot chocolate is being sent out. I've ordered before and had a great service. Excellent service this time round.
